ah ok, thanks everyone! I haven't done any over 5, as I've not got loads of money to put down as liability, i'm going to leave everything I make in betfair and then hopefully as I go on I can take advantage of the higher odds and make a bigger profit as I go on.

Was going to do my £5 free bet but when ive looked on the oddsmatcher I cant find anything to bet on but horses, I usually just do match odds football but there is literally not one on there!

I am a bit lost now to be honest am I best of checking again later or tomorrow? I need to check how long my free bet lasts....

think I might do another sign up offer tonight, ive only done will hill and coral so far. is there any you would all recommend?

Do a simple bet x get y sign up. Do check when that free bet expires though and put it in your diary.

Joan why not just do horses in that case? Why do you need to bet on football? If there are no conditions saying it has to be football then just go for horses...

Also you can often get the higher odds with horses... : )

no other reason than all I have done is football so far and I am not sure what im doing with horses!

also will it look weird if I just randomly bet on a horse?

Ah OK, I understand, well definitely only do what you’re comfortable with.

I’d recommend looking at horse bets though, they’re nice and quick!

It won’t look odd if you bet on the favourite, betting on odds over 8 will look odd.

No, I was on Smarkets. pa had no matches on the oddsmatcher.

Ah I don't use Smarkets yet tried it once but couldn't get used to it so I stick with Betfair . Is pa worth it ? I've looked into joining but didn't wanna waste my money . I've just been doing it myself
