There's a list below of the sites mentioned in the previous thread, hopefully I haven't missed too many, but add anything else you think of.

A friendly reminder - Leapforce/Appen people ... don't be stupid like I've been 😂 remember to share your referral codes.

If anyone would like to use mine, it's below.

I dipped my toe in Oh My Dosh last night and I currently have £28.50 in the account. I feel quite chuffed! Rather than use a spreadsheeet to keep track of cancellation, I've gone old school and written it all down and used highlighters to prioritise the dates.
I hope to do more.
I'm keeping away from matched betting. I'm not good with numbers and I know I will lose money. Couldn't get to grips with the tutorials Blush

What exactly is Leapforce? I can't figure it out from posts.

Otterses · 13/02/2019 10:47

Happy Leapforce payday everyone !

@TanselleTooTall you know what, I'm crap with numbers too. Literally horrific. I'd not write off matched betting. Keep looking at it, and if you're doing cash back sites - sign up to the free trial of profit accumulator. It requires you to deposit £10 with Coral, and about £10 with Betfair. Both have cashback deals on! Coral you get £10, and Betfair are £20 for depositing £10 on Quidco. So if it all goes tits up you've still made £10 Grin

Leapforce is a crowdsourcing platform. They recruit for various roles on behalf of google and Facebook. If accepted, you can apply for projects that are in your area. So me an a few others on here rate ads for Facebook, others evaluate web search results for google. Some projects can be a bit tedious or time consuming, and it's not a long term job, but if you can spare an hour a day it's worth applying for.

And well done @TanselleTooTall on your Dosh earnings Smile

I'm waiting for DS to sleep, then I'm going to try to get my head around Football Index 😂 I'll try to post a little step by step guide as it looks a bit confusing.

DPD just collected my laptop! So that's a bit of clutter gone. I found my charger too - so hopefully they'll up my offer Grin ... and I've videoed it working and everything, so they can turn around and be all like ' we'll give you 50p as it's broken'.

I'm so excited. I don't care if this is outing.

WE HAVE A MOVING DATE! AND A LOCATION!

I'm moving on the 6th of May Grin so that's a lovely month off after the 31st when I lose my job to prepare.

FloofenHoofen · 13/02/2019 16:26

Congrats Otterses :) Have you bought a house?

Otterses · 13/02/2019 16:39

Really good win with Heart Bingo, I felt erm, quite lucky, so I impulsively used the £10 I made on eBay today on some slots. They gave me a £10 bonus, and I won £13, I ended up with £23 profit for a few minutes work.

@FloofenHoofen nah, it's another RAF posting. I'll live in our actual house one day 😂 hopefully.

Don't attempt football index on your Mobile. Use a computer. It's trading 212 but football 😁 super easy to understand. Waiting on my bonus.

I don't know if anybody is interested in Transcription work but I came across this today, someone on TheMoneyShed said they make about £300-400 a month from it.
takenotetyping.com/careers/

There is several tests you have to take when you apply. I sadly failed on my apostrophes but quite impressed with my 24 words per minute!

FloofenHoofen · 13/02/2019 16:44

Oh I see Otterses! I used to move about a lot when DH used to work on different RAF bases, he's in Saudi now though so I get the house and bed to myself Grin

Otterses · 13/02/2019 17:25

@FloofenHoofen Grin I quite like moving really. Be glad to see the back of Brize though. It's been nothing but bloody misery here!

Tell me lots of nice things about Scampton Wink ?

There's lots of other transcription companies I'm sure would be delighted to have you with 24 words a minute!

OP posts:
FloofenHoofen · 13/02/2019 17:32

We've never been Scampton, but I hope it's nice for you!

I don't think transcription is quite my thing Otterses it's very specific, bit of a brain killer for me.

namechangedforanon · 13/02/2019 17:38

Re Heart - did you do the initial offer and get the cashback and bonus too?

Also, remember to play the daily games!

RESPONDENT

  • had my test, and my pre-interview, then the interview - went well. Will let you know when I've been paid!
Otterses · 13/02/2019 17:46

@namechangedforanon I've been a member for a while Grin I took up bingo on maternity leave when I dipped in and out of oh my dosh. Trying to get back into remembering to do the daily free game!

namechangedforanon · 13/02/2019 17:47

Floofen - I failed on the apostrophes too! '''''

2ellenor2 · 13/02/2019 19:58

Respondent is not a scam, I received $20 from them last week

TanselleTooTall · 13/02/2019 23:15

Thank you Otterses, I had no idea Quidco offered cashback. So I wouldn't in theory be out of money, then?
I shall read, read, read some more and hope to grasp the concept enough to not gamble my money away.

FloofenHoofen · 13/02/2019 23:22

Well maybe the ones I got were 2ellenor2
I can't see how respondent are screening these people tbh. But I will keep applying and see what happens, if I get third time unlucky then I'm calling it quits!

Those damn apostrophes namechangedforanon I don't think it's our forte to transcribe!

2ellenor2 · 13/02/2019 23:37

The one I did was the one where they want you to upload your ID. It sounds sketchy but they don’t actually see the ID it’s to review the uploading process. I got an email through about half an hour later with positive feedback and saying it had been accepted. Received payment about 5 days later into my paypal. I’ve been accepted for 2 others as well but one called when I was in the bath so I missed it and the other one I didn’t have the software for on my laptop

2ellenor2 · 13/02/2019 23:41

I watched this YouTuber called Nasey familys video about working on Fiverr (an app) for a week. The app is where freelancers etc sell their services, and it ranges from people designing logos to people writing essays and virtual assistant jobs. I’m planning on setting up a profile tomorrow and offering proofreading and transcript writing

namechangedforanon · 14/02/2019 01:01

My typing speed was 43 words a min from copy ... I failed on the apostrophes 🤣🤣🤣

margaritasbythesea · 14/02/2019 07:00

I have to do this damn transcription test just to see if I pass on apostrophes!

Will have to get used to my new keyb first though. The one I've been using is a Spanish one, so keys are in different places. I'd definitely fail on apostrophes with that one. I 'm excessively clumsy on my new one still.

margaritasbythesea · 14/02/2019 07:05

Oh! I meant to say that I signed up for My Survey through OMD and I think they're quite good. Payouts are around 550 point for a £5 voucher including to PayPal. Surveys are 50 to 75 points and they are frequent. Take 10 to 20 muns. You could easily do a few a day. Still less than minimum wage, but OK if you're waiting for a bus etc.

TanselleTooTall · 14/02/2019 09:49

Via Quidco I signed up for and deposited £10 on Betfair. The cashback is £15. I've not signed with Coral yet, but I couldn't see an offer on quidco..I spent some time this morning on oddsmonkey anf profit accumulater to learn the ropes and I came away doing that Patrick Stewart facepalm thing within 30minutes. I'm such a thicko. I'm such a thicko.

Otoh, I signed up for a couple more Oh My Dosh offers so the total once everything clears pending status in £38.75. Really good. I've done all the sign up offers I can though. So short lived but I'm really grateful for my earnings.

Is 20Cogs the same offers as OMD? Anyone know?

Otterses · 14/02/2019 10:59

£45 cashback for switching our house insurance. Turns out it was due for renewal a lot sooner than I thought!

Still waiting on my football index bonus.

OP posts:
Otterses · 14/02/2019 11:16

And WOOOOTTTTTT Grin

£10 amazon voucher for my first activity in the nappy panel I'm doing. 9 more to go.
