The continuing crusade to expose the underhand tactics used to lure (mainly) women into exploitative schemes using the lure of 'financial independence'.

I am astonished over these top bots thinking they have so much power that they can ruin someone's business.

I would think her husband is thinking wtf at her antics as the tradesman is obviously a friend or someone he knows very well.

This bot really did ride the crest of a wave in the good times, next accounts are going to be very interesting reading.

Paddy1234 · 02/02/2019 17:36

And she has fallen out with every tradesman and even a family friend - speaks volumes

Hunbot · 02/02/2019 18:21

Basically fancies herself as a celebrity everyone should bow down to. She is used to being fawned over by bots and struggles being told no

Spongebobette · 02/02/2019 18:52

They should have had a project manager for the build. This would never have happened

Jonsey32 · 02/02/2019 19:09

It makes for very uncomfortable reading and is very scary to see that someone with a large network on social media could potentially ruin a relatively small family business.
One of the last responses is cringeworthy - almost attacking the window man while then stating that she’s never met welsh bot and is just pontificating off the basis of the photos.

Patchworksack · 02/02/2019 19:17

Hi, can I join in? A friend has joined Isagenix and I am sitting on my hands not to respond to the ridiculous stuff her wall is full of. I'm actually quite concerned about her as she was slender to start with and is now running obsessively (every day) and doing their shake diet and cleanse days. She really is not somebody that needs a VLCD. I've ready said no to going round and hearing how I can spend £300 on milkshakes, and the only people liking her posts are her and her team leader. She is going to lose friends, lose money and lose weight, all of which she can ill afford. But then I'm just being negative about this brilliant opportunity, and if I don't make a choice to take a chance I will never change! Hmm

fromdownwest · 02/02/2019 19:24

I have just seen a screen shot of a bot who ‘is taking her business to the next level by going on a business trip to Sweden’
She’s posted the cost - after conversion £3,800!!!! 45,000 SEK. This is the amount she paid to FL, not even spending money. That is terrifying

Teddy1970 · 02/02/2019 19:42

My god...Welsh bot is vile, who the hell does she think she is?

Interesting Dora, always appreciate your insight on this

Teddy1970 · 02/02/2019 20:27

Welsh bot minions have shared her post about the window fitters 29 times..it's shocking that minions are totally incapable of independent, critical thinking and just take her word for it, with some of them calling the company cowboys, I hope the window fitters sue HER for defamation of character.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 02/02/2019 20:52

Thanks for the info Dora. Is ex- John Lewis Bot the man bot that's mentioned in the same breath as liquidation/tax bill Bot?

Welcome @Patchworksack

Another fully botted victim by the sounds of it, very sad

acatcalledjohn · 02/02/2019 21:54

Welsh bot could do with being sued for defamation. I'm no lawyer, but she's slating a business and a person without unequivocal proof. Nasty piece of work.

Paddy1234 · 02/02/2019 22:42

Ref Welsh bot
What we haven't taken into account is her standing in her community.
I would pretty much say that she has probably screwed enough people over during the last ten years that there may well be a lot of people that would not take her word for it anyway.

Bungalowbeth · 03/02/2019 01:11

Re Welshbot, I think we should all go giving that business she’s trying to destroy 5 stars.

Bovneydazzlers · 03/02/2019 07:22

I think that window business will be just fine. Not many bots commenting after he posted his reply... I reckon it's quite clear whose side the fault lies on. All credit to him for responding in a respectful, sensible way and now disengaging.

I cans find the accounts for her on co house? Just her husband's (successful, by all accounts) business. He has a v low Facebook profile, wonder what he thinks of all this.

Patchworksack · 03/02/2019 08:07

Thanks spongebobette I have been treated to another motivational lecture on FB this morning. Not sure whether to 'unfollow'. I'm probably giving this more headspace than it deserves.

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 03/02/2019 08:25

What is it with bots not being able to add up the figures, not taking everything into account properly? They only see what they want to see.

Even after 10 years in the business Yawn is boasting about £200 in sales in only an hours work.

  1. £200 in sales is not £200 in your pocket (maybe Dora can tell us how much she would have actually earned)
  2. The pamper party was in Oxfordshire , Yawn lives in Worcestershire so add on travel time (not to mention petrol money) and that's no longer an hour isn't it.

So basically she's lost her Saturday evening, sitting in someone's kitchen to make a few quid for her new recruit to keep her sweet and engaged in FL in the hope that it will help line her own pocket?

Bovneydazzlers · 03/02/2019 09:11

Ohmygod - 100% agree.

£200 isn't Yawn's sales - it's her team members?

So team member probably got £70 of profit (after any food/drink she had to put on, I'm assuming Yawn doesn't charge petrol money to her too).

3 or 4 friends who looked awkward get to part with £50 each, possible impact on friendship for the new bot.

Yawn gets, what, 5% of team sales or something? So £10? Less a whole evening driving, prepping, petrol, and awkwardly presenting to someone else's friends.

Nah, that business is not for me.

Bovneydazzlers · 03/02/2019 09:16

Presume the big benefit for Yawn is trying to make that Chairman's profit in April/May 2020. But I think it looks unlikely that she's made it for this year:
A) she's not been shouting about it
B) Uber didn't tag her in her Chairman's Bonus post
C) she mentioned months ago that she'd massively miscalculated where she was for the year

May be totally wrong though, roll on May 2019!

The post about the boy paying £3800 just to be at the ridiculous global event (excluding extortionate food or drink) is so sad. It's horrific FL are charging people these figures.

Spongebobette · 03/02/2019 09:40

Hmm looks like there were goodie bags for the attendees at that ‘pamper party’ and they all got a face mask.
Who paid for them?

Teddy1970 · 03/02/2019 10:06

Bovneydazzlers Welsh bots company accounts are under her maiden name, I've had a look but I can't read balance sheets very well.
