The continuing crusade to expose the underhand tactics used to lure (mainly) women into exploitative schemes using the lure of 'financial independence'.

Personally I have never heard a man say 'phwoar have you seen the size of her thigh gap!' But then again maybe that's why I'm single as my thighs are very 'cosy together'.

They will literally say anything won't they? I hope their daughters do see that what their mothers are espousing is utter nonsense. My mum was a Tupperware hun in the 1980's and I am grateful this was pre-social media days as I can only imagine how grating her "popping the seal" lives would be.

I do buy vintage Tupperware from charity shops when I see it now though as I do have fond memories of playing with it but don't tell anyone.

DownThePan · 16/03/2019 20:28

I wonder if Mrs Stickman/WoodWife would ever be opening to telling her tale of her time with the aloe biz? I'm sure that would be fascinating!

Jonsey32 · 16/03/2019 20:46

I really hope Mrs Stickman did see it for what it was worth. She seemed like a decent lady who had been sucked in when she was on maternity leave.

Norma27 · 17/03/2019 09:55

I’m really hoping she did too. I’m thinking it looks that way.

Whiterangey · 17/03/2019 10:29

I too hope Mrs Stickman saw the light.

A few months ago someone joined under Yawn and I've been following her going she would get out. She still hasn't and is right at the bottom of the pile. Even worse, she's just started selling Oriflame.

Makes me sad for her that she is throwing her money away. Really hoping she sees the light soon.

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 17/03/2019 11:03

I've just looked at the page of a FL bot that I used to follow but haven't looked up for ages (owns a bridal shop, husband and wife "network marketing professionals") and I see she's also added fake perfumes to her list of businesses.

Clearly FL isn't a big earner if you've got to have at least 2 other businesses running alongside it.

Spongebobette · 17/03/2019 11:50

forever Living is a chimera, it’s all things to all people. Extra income for treats, fitting into the pockets of time you have, or a lifestyle business that will create a legacy income.... a way to make friends and build your confidence, drink coffee or Prosecco ...and a proper business that you have to treat like a business or you’ll get nowhere

You can make a good income from retailing to 20 regular customers.., and you have to coach others to be successful in this business

They tell you what you want to hear

Norma27 · 17/03/2019 12:41

What fab training yawn gives. Getting people to wear a sash saying manager. Bloody awesome that is.

Tupperwarelid · 17/03/2019 13:16

There appears to be a UK business development master class on today in Warwick that some of the top FL bots are at but I can’t work out whether it’s an FL event or not. Does anyone know? Nice of them to make it family friendly and hold it on a Sunday!

DownThePan · 17/03/2019 13:45

@Tupperwarelid - Bloodsucker is running a session entitled Recruitment Mastery, is that the one you mean? Or maybe it was yesterday!

Paddy1234 · 17/03/2019 15:33

It's funny you mention the 'dupe' perfume as I was looking at another middle level bot - think DJ and far too much Botox who has also resorted to peddling them.

notsurewhatshappening · 17/03/2019 15:40

Amy Childs is shilling for Herbalife now. How desperate.

Tupperwarelid · 17/03/2019 16:02

I haven’t seen her there yet Down but castle’s siblings and Uber are there

Spongebobette · 17/03/2019 19:53

Recruitment Mastery

Because MLM is ALL about recruitment

JasperRising · 17/03/2019 19:59

Spongebobette I can't think that I have ever seen the bot responsible for the recruitment mastery event ever mention the products on social media... It is definitely all about training and recruitment for her!

Twentytwentyhindsight · 17/03/2019 20:18

Nonononono Sponge.

You're too much of a cynic. Recruitment is optional.

All you need is 20 retail customers to make a decent income- all the top bots say so.

A 'decent' income is around the national median. For convenience sake, let's call that £24K per annum (it's actually a bit more).

This equates to £2K per month, meaning that each of your 20 retail customers will only need to bring you in £100 per month.

That's so easy! At around a 10% cut, all you need is your customers to spend £1000 a month on Aloe shite. Who doesn't? Easy money!

If your customers are a bit tight, and would only countenance spending £100 a month on Aloe, you still only need 200 of them. Surely no one doesn't know at least 200 people wanting to spend £100 a month on vomit-inducing gloop?

Spongebobette · 17/03/2019 20:24

This is totally achievable

All I need to do is BELIEVE

And have a photo taken wearing a sash for some ‘visualisation’ pseudo psychology bollox

Spongebobette · 17/03/2019 20:26

Correct @Jasper

She is all about ‘duplication’

The clue is in the name

Dupe

clydeonabike · 17/03/2019 20:57

Please can somebody help me out with who's who... I'm an ex flp but escaped a couple of years back now, I think I've figured out some of them but I'm stuck on a few too and I'm curious (nosey)!!

SSDGM · 18/03/2019 02:33

Broke wants a second MLM to go alongside his existing bizznizz that is clearly shitting money.
Interesting comment from him about Nu Skin terminating his account and leaving him penniless at Christmas then gagging him with a legal case.

The suggestions on the thread are hilarious too. The desperation of the bots to recruit him is palpable.

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 18/03/2019 13:47

Y A Y

I got a 'wow' sticker for the most shameless, unsubtle bragging post ever.

Norma27 · 18/03/2019 14:26

Kenny she is bloody shameless. Love her sticker. The designer label is probably a sticker too!!

Spongebobette · 18/03/2019 16:00

I was brought up to believe that it’s not nice to show off. Or talk about your income.
Sadly MLMs require their bots to do both

9dartfinish2nd · 18/03/2019 16:45

Ok what is with the Hunbot images layout on Instagram? It's not company specific as i've seen FLP, Younique and Nu Skin (Coming to a BBC screen near you soon. Grin) huns all with the same irritating layout. I know it shouldn't but it really boils my piss.

acatcalledjohn · 18/03/2019 20:09

Mermology is new on the scene, by ex-cupcake-baking-sacked-by-Ariix-bot.

Apparently the company is not registered on Companies House and they sell stuff like Mermaid Tears.

It's so bad it's hilarious Grin
