The continuing crusade to expose the underhand tactics used to lure (mainly) women into exploitative schemes using the lure of 'financial independence'.

Is this the beginning of the end for TS life?

I've just seen fb statuses from 2 people I know who were with TS from the start. They were former reps with Vida and jumped ship with the Messiah. They would have been high up the ladder and would have been directly under the green power couple who set it up TS in UK and Ireland.

They also would have been very good friends with this couple and have now deleted them from their fb and are posting cryptic messages about their up line being bullies etc..

Really surprised as thought these friendships were solid.

Stupid Yawn, putting a photo of her daughter on a public page, daughter wearing school tie, her name is mentioned, doesn’t she realise the risks? She needs to do some social media and safeguarding training

BangingOn · 09/02/2019 06:57

That’s interesting Audrina, although I’m never surprised by switching loyalties in Bot Land.

What’s the score with Roomie? Is she out of FL now?

Sunshineandshowers81 · 09/02/2019 08:39

Homeschool bot no longer homeschools. She quietly sent the children to the local state school a while ago. She is a good example of where FL has gone. In the good times of 2016 she lived in a massive home with land (rented) and sent the children to private school. She clearly didn't invest or save the money and every year or so moves to smaller and smaller rented homes and now the children are in state school. She still tries to peddle the dream but it doesn't really seem to work anymore. She lives not that far from me and 3 of my friends were taken in by her lies back in the day, all of them lost money but fortunately saw the light and left FL

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 09/02/2019 09:02

*BangingOn" Roomie seems to have gone very quiet on the FL front. Strange considering how botted up she used to be.

Her Twitter and Instagram just seem to be saying the same thing over and over, in slightly different ways, about surviving abuse, no FL posts.

She seems to be describing herself as a public speaker, resilence (sic) mentor and campaigner as well as author BUT not a business owner Hmm

Twentytwentyhindsight · 09/02/2019 10:11

On FB, Roomie does mention her 'team' in passing, otherwise she seems to be selling everything but the kitchen sink.

Probably trying to fund the redecoration renovation of the terraced house seaside cottage.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 09/02/2019 11:54

Not all that close to the sea either, going by the map she has conveniently posted (daily run) for all to see. What is it with bots and their inability to maintain even a minimum of safety on social media?

I know where she lives and when the family is on holiday, as can the rest of the world. Wonder what an insurance company would make of it if, God forbid, they were burgled?

An excellent post on our local town's noticeboard page on Facebook by a long established reputable travel agent warning people about the travel MLMs that are popping up everywhere.

He outlines how the pyramid scheme operates in promising an income, free holidays etc to recruit vulnerable people and also how anyone buying a holiday from them is not covered by ATOL or ABTA protection.

The more these scams are highlighted like this then hopefully less people will be sucked in by them.

fitgirl26 · 09/02/2019 13:58

@OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny - I'd be interested to read that. Several ex LTW/Valentus Bots (including Broke's Ex) are all over P2S travel and pushing the free holiday element so I've been wondering how that works.

In other news Wig"n'Sleaze's latest scam biz has has a fraud warning slapped on it in Spain. behindmlm.com/companies/fxtrading-corp-investment-fraud-warning-issued-in-spain/

Bollocks! Wrong order!!Smile

Can't log in on my lap top due to the current MN data breach problem so trying to do it from my phone .

fitgirl26 · 09/02/2019 14:58

Thanks @OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny - I worked out the order ok!

notsurewhatshappening · 09/02/2019 15:30

Just had a look at wig n sleaze. His last post was so nonsensical I genuinely thought it was the game where you press the middle bar to get your phone to talk. Eg years ago and have a bath most nights for the children but slightly frustrating for the parents as we needed to know how long the process would take a look at the moment. (Just pressed my phone middle button a few times. Am I a pionner now?)

BangingOn · 09/02/2019 16:34

OhMy and Sunshine very informative, thank you both.

Whiterangey · 09/02/2019 19:48

Am I reading Uber's accounts right? Does she owe her company £750,000?

Is that a long term legal thing to do? I'm guessing it's a tax dodge, £750k in a pension fund for one employee who owns the company is a bit much.

Putting £750k into a pension in one lump sum would most likely not be considered the best advice. The most one can out in assuming relevant earning are in excess is £40k per annum. Carry forward included that’s £120k with tax relief. The rest would just be a contribution that would not attract tax relief. Without tax relief pensions become less attractive. Interesting to see why this was done.

Homeschool’s dramatic live that’s being promised tonight smacks of desperation. Love how she’s hiding the date on the cheque behind her in the photo.
