The continuing crusade to expose the underhand tactics used to lure (mainly) women into exploitative schemes using the lure of 'financial independence'.

@Twentytwentyhindsight yup. Awful

Twentytwentyhindsight · 07/02/2019 10:39

It's always seemed like one of the weirder ones.

Just been reading multiple warnings about Trading212 on the MLM Lies Exposed Facebook page. Popped over to see what Wig'n'Sleaze are up to and guess what they've just started promoting...🙄

suedoname · 07/02/2019 21:30

Yes Saba is PT bot and the emoji obsessed mindlessset coach but I've heard he's also on the revitalillegal coffee wagon.

Paddy1234 · 07/02/2019 23:51

My Gaydar is pinging massively with Bruv - can anyone confirm?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 08/02/2019 08:26

So broke managed to keep his settings on private for two whole days before cracking. That's a whole day more than last time...

OP posts:
acatcalledjohn · 08/02/2019 08:43

@Paddy1234 I am with you on that, though am not 100%

If he is then that would be quite staggering given that a number of years ago (5-8?) Sexy Rexy donated a significant sum of money to the campaign fighting against legalising same sex marriage.

acatcalledjohn · 08/02/2019 08:52

Here is a link to an article which mentions that donation.

(You've got to use a VPN if you're in Europe as it won't let you read it otherwise.)

acatcalledjohn · 08/02/2019 09:07

Sleaze also thinks 9/11 was a conspiracy between Washington & Israel. Hmm

Oh, and this wonderful pearl of wisdom...

Iron Bot’s brainwashing game is strong today, 6 Zoom calls on a Friday.

Lularoe Fail’s page is still down, any idea what’s happening on that front?

Essens, a fragrance MLM, has told all its bots that they will all also be travel agents from March 1st. Again, no ABTA, no ATOL and this one is offering low cost flights with a 30% discount. Which is a load of complete rubbish.

SSDGM · 08/02/2019 13:21

I’m sure I read that LuLaRoe fail isn’t coming back due to the amount of abuse and doxxing the page owner got.

BangingOn · 08/02/2019 13:53

That’s a shame, it was a great page. I can understanding their reasoning though!

I am feeling quite sorry for Homeschool at the moment (I know, I know...), the poor woman looks exhausted but can’t stop working. That recent wink photo is making me think she’s reached the slightly crazy stage of newborn sleep deprivation. No mention of qualifying for anything recently either.

BSintolerant · 08/02/2019 14:26

A wink photo BangingOn? I hope that isn't a typo.

Here's another article to add to the MLMs are a financially draining crick of shot list:

www.thebalancesmb.com/the-likelihood-of-mlm-success-1794500?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=sendy&utm_campaign=email_marketing

If you can't be arsed to read it, it pretty much says MLMs have a 95% failure rate. It outlines the issues with MLMs, but the most striking has to be the failure rates, which far exceed traditional small businesses. Also, "the median income for an MLM rep is about $2,400 per year.”

Run for the hills!

Twentytwentyhindsight · 08/02/2019 16:10

Homeschool has now resorted to posting pictures of when she had some measure of success in the hope of getting the universe to manifest...

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 08/02/2019 16:12

....median.......??

Twentytwentyhindsight · 08/02/2019 16:18

Median is a kind of 'average' - where there are as many making more as there are making less.

OP posts:
Twentytwentyhindsight · 08/02/2019 16:23

It gives a more realistic picture of the reality in this sort of situation than using the 'mean' average, where you divide the total by the number of participants.

e.g. there are, say, 100 people in an MLM, one makes a million pounds, 99 make diddly-squat- using the 'mean', the MLM could claim that the average made in their scheme is £10,000, which clearly doesn't reflect the reality for 99% of participants.

Is homeschool FL? She's the only.one I'm not sure of but if she's FL I might find her. ;)

Norma27 · 08/02/2019 19:09

Homeschool is fl. I think she might have been top 10 in the big bonus year of 2016 ( I think it was 2016).

BangingOn · 08/02/2019 19:14

Yes, she’s FL. Doesn’t talk about homeschooling much anymore but is identifiable by having a newborn and quite special eyebrows.
