Spongebobette · 31/10/2018 20:40

This is the 44th thread in a long series about the dangers of network marketing/ MLMs such as Forever Living, Ariix, NuSkin, Arbonne, Younique, Valentus, TS Life, and MANY MANY more!
Posts here will give examples of the lies told by 'top bots' who portray luxury lifestyles in order to lure in new victims and of the other techniques and brainwashing used by MLMs
Over 90% of people who join an MLM end up LOSING money. Always bear that in mind when considering paying money to join!

Yes, she's a narc alright..why her husband didn't tell her to knock it off with the photos on the day of his Mother's funeral is beyond me..

Ladiva1971 · 15/11/2018 00:49

because Teddy1970 He is a puppet and she is pulling his strings...

Norma27 · 15/11/2018 05:34

If I did that to my husband and children on the day of mil’s funeral, my husband would absolutely tel me what a cruel, narcissistic bitch I am. And he would be bloody correct.

Awful how they are bullying roomie because she wrote a book. They are just a pack of vile mean girls. Especially given the subject of roomies book.
I think she is the kind of person who will spill the beans on it after. And probably write a book on the vile workings of forever shite.

BangingOn · 15/11/2018 07:39

I do feel sorry for Roomie, bullying is vile and she’s clearly been through a lot.

I didn’t realise her book was a Kindle release only, or is it being published in hard copy elsewhere?

UCantSitWithUs · 15/11/2018 07:41

Re Roomie - It will likely come out on paperback soon, that's how the others have gone.

BangingOn · 15/11/2018 07:50

I wonder how much Authors and Co charge for their packages, I couldn’t see it on their website.

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 15/11/2018 08:08

BangingOn PM them hun Wink

Like all good MLMs they don't divulge their prices

Electrascoffee · 15/11/2018 08:16

That picture of Yawn grinning is just awful (!) I cant believe she would post that.

Electrascoffee · 15/11/2018 08:17

So who is bullying Roomie? I'm confused - has she left FL and the book was about FL huns bullying her?

Paddy1234 · 15/11/2018 08:20

I assumed that her book is about her early life and struggles. She is still in FL but as assuming that Uber and Yawn hadn't taken kindly to her writing a book and deviating from her FL business

ArbunneHun · 15/11/2018 08:54

Authors & Co is run by someone who is still an FL bot. They’ve created a nice niche and system for this type of book - they know what works, know how to get it to number 1, know how to make a profit from MLM vanity and mindset obsession.

Fair play, it’s a formula that works.

entruprenot · 15/11/2018 09:30

Messiahs products are allegedly made by actilabs.
They charge more than the other company though.
Expornbot joined messiah when she was made to leave left FM after her husband threatened to punch and verbally abuse reps if they went to the huge hun conference that didn't like her bullying And had recently stood up to her.
She's now selling Acti and bullying people in her team who suffer from depression etc throwing them out of support groups and blocking them. She is joint ego stroking with wonkybrows who was her FM lapdog. Wonkybrows apparently made enough money in a few months at actilabs to book the family their first holiday abroad.

BangingOn · 15/11/2018 09:31

I didn’t know the owners were FL- that makes so much sense! Have they been ostracised for having interests outside of FL too I wonder?

JasperRising · 15/11/2018 09:48

Authors & co have an author's acadmey the
course value of which is apparently £997. The full exclusive package I can't see a price for now but I remember seeing in before and it was somewhere between £3-4k.

I didn't realize they were still in FL thought it was s case if having moved on from MLM after doing a self published book.

Does anyone remember anything about a new MLM that was being founded in Switzerland? Can't remember the name but it was going to be awesome because Switzerland. A male bot who had briefly been an FL darling but then clearly discovered more to be made from designing marketing for bots had joined it at marketing type level ie: management but bot. I'm wondering if it ever launched?

9dartfinish2nd · 15/11/2018 10:03

I believe it will become clear to most that the MLM industry in the UK over the next 12 to 18 months is suffering a catastrophic collapse, I'd love to say these companies are about to disappear forever but so many of them are deeply rooted in China and the rest of Asia they will continue to exist until global saturation occurs which is a number of years away unfortunately.
There are hundreds of bots in the UK who will lose it all over the next couple of years and the consequences for them and those around them will be felt for years to come.
Guess each person on here has thier own opinion whether they are a victim or a perpetrator.
The only way the demise of this industry can be sped up is if one of the big global players collapses...Herbalife, Amway, Nu SKin, Younique etc...after that it could be a house of cards.

Mumof3girlssoontobe4 · 15/11/2018 11:04

Just found out there's going to be a Forever Living seller at my kids school christmas fayre! I've joined the parent council and gave them my concerns about what this woman may try to do in terms of using it as a recruitment opportunity so somebody is going to have a word with her.

Spongebobette · 15/11/2018 11:10

try to introduce a 'no MLMs' policy? If you let one in, next time you'll have loads trying to elbow their way in!

cozietoesie · 15/11/2018 11:34

I agree. The odds are as well that she'll talk her way into staying this year.

WeeM · 15/11/2018 12:54

I have dipped in and out of these threads for a while but have never actually been MLM’d...until today! Friend request accepted from someone I know but haven’t seen in a while...says they’ve seen my name on their community (they haven’t!) and offering me something to get me started! I don’t want to be rude but feel like whatever I say back they will have an answer for!

Mumof3girlssoontobe4 · 15/11/2018 13:13

My kids only recently changed to this school before summer and I've only just joined the parent council before seeing the list of stalls there will be. I raised my concerns, told the other parents a lot of schools have anti mlm policy for sellers at fayre's and the reasons why. Hope they've took it on board but unfortunately the stall is already likely paid for and can't see them cancelling on her but would be good if they told her trying to "showcase a great oppprtunity" won't be accepted!

Charlie103 · 15/11/2018 13:26

Just messaged wig on my stalker account to get some more info on bitcoin! I want to be earning 3k a day as well!

BangingOn · 15/11/2018 13:29

Look forward to hearing what she says Charlie. It is amusing how often she mentions Bots in her post, I realise she means a very different type (and hers are probably imaginary) but still...

ArbunneHun · 15/11/2018 14:15

I also messaged Wig a while ago. Most of the ‘investments’ she mentioned then have subsequently been shut down or collapsed.

DownThePan · 15/11/2018 15:07

@JasperRising I remember the Swiss MLM - I don't think that one even launched, did it? Can't recall the name of it but they had some very fancy marketing materials and some classy-ish Bot couples championing it
