MLM Bot Watch 41 - Forever Living charity giving, are MLMers using charities to increase their CC's while making it look like they are being charitable?

Are charities being used by MLMer's to gain CC's, gain new leads, and get rid of stock?

Here is an example of a top Forever Living Business Owner in the UK taking advantage of a charity.

It may look like she is doing something good for the charity but she isn't. The charity will be getting 20% of profits. The business owner, the current UK number 2 in Forever Living, who recently picked up a $420,000 cheque at the Forever Living global rally in Dallas is just getting her Case Credits (CC's) up, and hoping to get new leads to sign up under her.

For everything that she sold Forever Living will have taking the biggest cut, then the business owners upline will have taken a cut, and then the business owner herself. Her profit will be very small and then she was only going to give away to the charity 20% of that. It could be as little as £10, probably a lot less, despite the members of the group spending hundreds of pounds with her. I hope she had the decency to at least add to it. For a 'charity night' where someone who has received multi-million dollars in cheques, and received $420k two months ago you'd expect at least 3 figures to be donated. 20% of her profits from that night will have been ridiculously small.

The charity will be getting even less as you can see she is running special offers which will come out of her profit, reducing the amount available to the charity even more.

As you can see in one of the screenshots someone in the local area of the charity attempted to warn the charity that the business owners motives may not be as charitable as it seems and the business owner wants to take the discussion away from public view, and then deleted the reply instead of giving a reply to show that the poster was wrong. She can't show the poster is wrong as the poster is right so instead chose to make it all go away.

The screenshot of a slide is one used by someone in the business owners downline, who correctly refers to the charity night as 'a launch' which is what it was, it wasn't for charity, it was for the business owner to sell her products and hopefully get some new recruits to her business.

The same business owner last year set up a justgiving page for donations to make up 'Positive Packs' to give to those suffering with breast cancer.

"The cost is 20 pounds which is non profit making and the pack value is worth far more. This will fund a Positive Pack containing Forever Toothgel, Aloe lips, Ever Shield Deodorant, fast break bar and some woolly socks and to every pack I will personally add a heat lotion, an aloe gelly and a herbal blossom tea sachet and an aloe to go."

So the donations will be used by the business owner to buy the items through her own account where she will make a profit from receiving a percentage of what is spent. She will also receive case credits from that. The case credits she received from sending out these Positive Packs will have gone towards her getting the $420k cheque in Dallas in April. So non-profit is not true as the business owner will be profiting in two ways.

The items can also be bought for a LOT less elsewhere, a tube of toothpaste can cost £1 from a supermarket, a stick of deodorant the same. I also wouldn't call toothpaste and deodorant something that anyone pampers themselves with, they are necessities.

The business owner will have used Forever Living products in the bags despite the recipients getting a lot less, and no luxury items, because she benefited herself from doing so. She also would have been able to, and did, use the Positive Packs to advertise Forever Living Products, and at least some of them were given out at a big presentation where the business owner would have been able to present her business opportunity there, some of whom are very vulnerable.

That's why I didn't bother to report to facebook.

I, along with many others, have mass reported some pretty horrendous things that we've seen on facebook, and they have done nothing.

I'm talking pages set up to mock those with Autism.

The only times facebook does anything is if you mass report anti-mlm pages apparently.

There has been some sort of Herbalife party here in Birmingham. Apparently the energy and positivity the Herbalife family give off us incestuous apparently!
Not sure she meant that!

I’ve had the “not against community standards” post regarding Yawn too. However Broke’s homophobic slur against his own toddler son did get him a 48 hour ban (he ranted about it on his partner’s profile). Yep, he wants to be a coach. He’s a leader, don’t you know?

Has anyone watched his latest live yet?

SSDGM · 16/07/2018 04:56

Ah, it’s Dr Broke again, full of unsubstantiated medical crap and malapropisms.

ArbunneHun · 16/07/2018 08:46

Can’t wait for Broke to be a ‘coach’. He’ll give Conman, Whore and Crooks a run for their money, that’s for sure!

Hope he specialises in getting banned from social media...

Anyway on another note my friend had roomies son to stay this weekend #that will get them thinking ..... was that whilst Roomie was doing her 1000 miles around the country desperately chasing the dream?

Anyone know anything about PSI Seminars and thier links to MLM's?

On first glance it appears to be a cult within a cult given the amount of hunbots who run and participate in them.

Whiterangey · 16/07/2018 11:49

What homophobic slur did Broke use against his son?

Actually no, I really don't want to know, and I hope that none of his children are gay. Gay children with homophobic parents don't do so well, see suicide statistics for gay and trans children for details.

Yawn's confirmation statement on Companies House is overdue...

Whiterangey · 16/07/2018 15:19

If you don't file things in a timely manner then companies house will make moves to strike your company off.

If that happens then anything you owe dies when the company is struck off, including anything you owe HMRC.

Yawn took out a directors loan for £188k last year which should have been paid back to the company in full by the end of March 2018. Her end of year is the end of June and she has 9 months after that to pay back any loans the company has made to her.

She is now a creditor, she owes her company money. She did not pay tax on that loan, it's tax free. If you look at her last accounts she paid only £650 in tax because she took that £188k out of the company.

My understanding of accounts is limited so what i'm writing is based on a lot of googling and reading accounting stuff. There are very good reasons why accountants are well educated, it's because it's not easy to understand. So this may not be 100% correct, but the information I found is written by accountants for business owners who know nothing about accounting.

Obviously HMRC isn't going to go without their share. What should happen is she pays back the £188k and it is taxed how it would have been taxed if she hadn't taken it out. If she keeps it and doesn't pay tax she is still liable for the tax, and I believe it is at a higher rate. She will have owed the taxman £60kish on that amount.

If your company is dissolved by companies house and there is an outstanding directors loan, that dies with it, no tax is payable and the full amount would be hers to keep.

However, HMRC are wise to this and will suspend the wind up of the company and if things aren't bought to order then the liquidators will be brought in. The company will still owe tax but as it's a limited company their is nothing they can do to Yawn. Except when she took out the directors loan she personally became a creditor to the company. The liquidators will go after any creditors, which would be Yawn, to get their money.

We will know if that is what she is planning if the statement isn't filed within a couple of months and the notice "First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off" appears on her companies house entry.

HRMC usually find these when they are owed tax and there is a creditor, but a helpful phonecall to let them know if that happens might be an idea.

HRMC will then suspend the strike off.

It's what has happened to Tax Bill Bot and is why she is personally liable for about £58k worth of a tax bill despite having a limited company.

In short, Yawn could have just not gotten round to filing the confirmation statement, or she could have done it on purpose in the hope that they make moves to dissolve her company in the hopes HRMC don't notice and she doesn't have to pay the tax bill.

It's very possible she hasn't got the money to pay back the loan, or at least pay the tax on it.

@Whiterangey, So say any hunbot allows their limited company to be struck off in such a fashion, do they then just operate as a Sole Trader from then on in? Morally that is abhorrent, never mind the schools and hospitals who lose in tax revenue funding when there's a hunbot with a big mortgage to keep up with.
I think Companies House is a potential goldmine for exposing a lot of the mid to lower hunbot's who pretend to live a life of success when it's simply not happening.
Maybe one for the Anti MLM Alliance to bring to a wider audience?

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 16/07/2018 17:50

Meanwhile Privilege Car Club has gone into liquidation BUT all-new PCC2 will be bigger and better and will have its own cryptocurrency. So this will end well then.

Form an orderly queue please ladies and gents.

SSDGM · 16/07/2018 18:20

Sign me up! Wow! Amazing!

Why are these crooks still able to start businesses??

cozietoesie · 16/07/2018 18:46

They have .........marks. Wink

ArbunneHun · 16/07/2018 18:50

He referred to his son as (his words not mine) a “poofter” for having a pink dummy.

Horrible man. Terrible parent.

Whiterangey · 16/07/2018 18:59

In shocking news, Forever Living didn't publish, or answer my facebook post asking their views on Yawn's disability hate speech.

My email remains unanswered.

I need to be fair here and give them longer to answer the email. I really could do without this, but it's hate speech, it's offensive, it's hurtful and it has no place in society. It definitely has no place on the facebook of someone who has so many contacts and is held in high regard by a lot of people.

We may all be anti-mlm, but many aren't. They see her up there on stage hugging and kissing the owners of forever living , the UK manager of forever living and they look up to her. They think she is someone to admire and her whole business plan is to get people to want to be like her and to teach them how to be like her.

This is unacceptable, we know she reads here she will have read how hurtful what she posted is and that it constitutes hate speech and bullying. She hasn't removed it, she doesn't care.

I'll give forever living another day or so to reply, though to be honest I would have thought that hate speech from someone who is a recognisable face of their company would be a priority, it's obviously not.

@ArbunneHun it is true, he has found out the secret. It's having a pink dummy that makes you gay.

What a homophobic twat.

Bradford has a job interview. Fingers crossed she’s getting out of the MLM game. Looks like her Mushroomy Coffee Shop idea isn’t going to appear after all.

AfternoonTeaIsLovely · 16/07/2018 20:32

@whiterangey

Maybe you can put the accounts of PhD Bit into perspective as I noticed she had a compulsory strike off notice and then it cancelled (or something to that effect?!)

What does it all mean?!

Toobusytowee · 16/07/2018 20:33

KevinTheYuccaPlant, It would be advisable I think to refuse the booking. If you did allow it, you run the risk of people being influenced by the candle woman and potentially joining her scheme. Also, it would annoy people who are wise to these schemes to see someone flogging their overpriced garage stock. No good would come from allowing this woman to have her stall.

Do you know which company it is?

Hmmmm. Anyone seen the flurry of lives from Ariiiiiiix bots talking about ‘H3’?

‘H3’ is some kind of mindset/coaching programme put together by one of the top UK/Global Ariiiiiix leaders and you can purchase the book/system for just £19.99 (nice side earner!).

So far so scammy.

Except that lots of these lives/testimonials are bots saying that ‘H3’ plus a daily shot of Ariiiiix ‘superfoods’ Moa has cured their depression/anxiety/stress/mood swings.

Am I alone in thinking that a coaching programme put together by a network marketer with no medical, psychological or psychiatric qualifications, or even any coaching, counselling or therapy qualifications, should NOT be promoted as a solution to mental health issues?

I find this very deeply concerning.

Paddy1234 · 16/07/2018 22:56

Castle bots Bruv boasting about doing a 'live' to his 5700 business's a few days ago. Oops 6 likes, great percentage there.
Anyway continue riding on your family shirt tails as I will following the nice steady decline with glee.
He wins over yawn for me any day tbh

So Wig 'n Sleaze have found yet another scam biz opportunity (jump in inbox hun) and they are not only part of the Corporate Team but they are going to take it to Wall Street. No team building required but they are recruiting anyway. It goes without saying that it's the best one yet #whenyouknowyouknow
