MLM Bot Watch 40 - Forever Living is 40! Yet still 99% of people in all MLM's lose money

Not making money with Forever Living?

Not making money with any MLM?

How to make money with Forever Living?
How to make money with MLM?

Maybe this report done for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) by Jon M. Taylor, MBA, Ph.D., of the Consumer Awareness Institute may have the reason why.

www.ftc.gov/sites/default/files/documents/public_comments/trade-regulation-rule-disclosure-requirements-and-prohibitions-concerning-business-opportunities-ftc.r511993-00008%C2%A0/00008-57281.pdf

When someone urges you to join an MLM in their downline with tales of the riches you can earn, all they are trying to do is use you to earn themselves more money. They know the stats, they know you won't make money and you will lose money, and friends.

They will lovebomb you, be your best friend, be all over you and then drop you like a stone.

Look at the person who is your uplines facebook. See how the people who were tagged in her statuses a year ago the same way you are tagged now are doing. Are they still with the company? Many won't be. Those who are will still not be doing well, exactly the same as a year ago, or two years ago.

If you are in Forever living, check facebook for the global rally cheques of your upline, notice how they have been going down year on year? The market reached saturation point in 2015, it's downhill since then and things will get worse, not better.

Most MLM's in the UK are at the same point, we are not a huge country and MLM's have reached saturation point.

Anyone got any good karaoke requests for the singing CEO?
“Bitch better have my money” perhaps? Or do you reckon he’ll stick with a classic?

SSDGM · 31/05/2018 06:16

Telling that the very professional senior manager is batting this away as nothing but then not addressing the fact that their vile brew can’t be ordered for delivery to the UK and the wider EU any more.

ArbunneHun · 31/05/2018 06:19

‘Money’s too tight to mention’
‘Mo’ money, mo’ problems’

Tell him I’ll start a Spotify list for him.

BSintolerant · 31/05/2018 08:01

Grin There are one or two songs on the Memorial Thread which might be appropriate: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/legal_money_matters/2566846-In-Memory-of-All-Those-We-Have-Lost-to-MLMs?pg=1&order=

Spongebobette · 31/05/2018 09:22

@notmorewashing yes, Arbonne is definitely an MLM and to be avoided!!

7seas · 31/05/2018 09:38

What level is Yawn, anyway? Surely she can’t be as high as she was due to shedding downline like a snake sheds its skin.

NatashaShingles · 31/05/2018 14:23

@ no it’s april 30th xx

NatashaShingles · 31/05/2018 14:24

@dora I know this because I went senior on the 29th April (my birthday) and then needed a down line eagle to qualify so missed out! 🙄🤣

Happypuppy · 31/05/2018 14:53

In bot world 2013 becomes 6 years ago rather than 5.

Norma27 · 31/05/2018 15:42

Happypuppy, bots are unable to spell, use punctuation (correctly) or count. It is in the rules I believe!

Whiterangey · 31/05/2018 15:51

Yawn's done it again, her amazing ability to not remember earlier lies.

As we are all 100% aware of and it's totes true, before FL Yawn was working as a childminder and her husband was working for very low pay as something in construction. They were in a lot of debt, running up credit cards and about to lose their house. Their combined income was very low.

She has just stated that their income has tripled since then, which by my reckoning isn't an income that you can retire on.

I hate what these mlm’s do and how incredibly they use people. I have 2 friends who have got into Juice Plus and Do terra and are dropping friends like stones when they don’t buy into their crap.

ArbunneHun · 31/05/2018 17:26

Meanwhile, over at Ariiiiiiiiiiix... has anyone sold or bought a holiday through their new ground-breaking travel system? Also, loads of them are at an event in Greece - does anyone know whether that was an incentive, or whether they had to pay for some/all of it?

And finally, Sacked-by-Ariiix has been silent on FB for 10 days now. What’s going on there? She seems to be juggling a baby, running at least 2 businesses (the waist training ‘academy’ and the ‘superfoods’ MLM), selling her sports car and trying to pay her rent...

ArbunneHun · 31/05/2018 17:30

Oh and... Nu:Scam News.

A senior leader there has hinted quite heavily that she’s been cast in a reality TV programme. Won’t that be gripping viewing huns??? Bet she’ll be trying to get that sodding ‘Galvanic Spa’ into every scene.

Also, it looks like they’ve copied FL and have recruited a couple of the professionals from Dancing On Ice, who are flogging the products via instagram.

Someone needs to have a word with their agents.

moose23ishungry · 31/05/2018 17:31

@whiterangey but if you triple ZERO you still get ZERO. Even when we are talking about Cheques.

What do you have to do to become an Eagle Manager? Once you have received this prestigious title are you an Eagle Manager for life? If you aren't working your bizniz and you end up selling only one lip balm to Tracey at the school gates and all of your downline collectively say "fuck this" and leave, what happens?

I do think the name Eagle Manager is so very apt, some quotes from wikipedia:

"Eagles are large, powerfully built birds of prey, with heavy heads and beaks"

" Like all birds of prey, eagles have very large, hooked beaks for ripping flesh from their prey, strong, muscular legs, and powerful talons."

Birds of prey, powerful talons, someone wrote this after seeing some bots exiting the nail salon.

@whiterangey 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

NatashaShingles · 31/05/2018 18:22

@whiterangey it’s a yearly qualification. I can’t even remember all the requirements now to be honest! @dora will probably remember better than me

So in laymans terms what you are saying is that the eagle has crash landed.

Gotcha.

So are the Eagle Managers revealed tomorrow?
