Uber has dropped conveniently out of success day. It will be interesting to see how many top bots and there down lines actually make the trip.

As Messiah's choc chip milkshake is made by someone else and will just have his brand on it, he will have to pay upfront for at least the first batch, and will have to have it produced in big enough numbers so there is enough of it.

Given that comp plan I cannot see there will be enough product to get to the high levels.

Are the bots actually going to be buying the product, as in they will pay the 50% off the retail price, have the product delivered to them, and then they attempt to flog the product from their homes? Or is it all dispatched from warehouse and they just get 50% of what it sells for?

Why has he come up with all male names for his levels when MLM is mostly women?

Given what @BangingOn wrote it does sound like the bot physically buys all the product before trying to sell it herself.

That way the bot can try and buy there way up to Grandmaster Flash or whatever it is.

Product will run out quite quickly and it will take time to get more done and branded. He will still take the money while the product is backordered, the whole MLM will collapse due to such a long wait getting products out, he won't care because he will already have their money.

Major drama in one of the smaller teeth whitening MLMs, and a Bradford-based MLM regular has got involved. One teeth whitening MLM has launched a tanning spray, and when a seller's supply arrived she noticed that the label spelled aloe vera as 'alovera', paraben as 'parabon' and ageing as 'aging'.

She raised the issue on the team FB page, and although the company initially posted a mea culpa, a debate began in the group about whether the items should be partly refunded, an errata issued or the product replaced entirely. There were also tales of lost sales over the packaging.

This is where it got nasty. Some of the bots defended the company and told the whistle blower to grow up. The CEO of the company was on the group (who we later learned designed the packaging), and then a series of things happened (the order I'm not sure of); the whistle blower got banned from the group, she had her MLM account closed, and some vaguebooked insults were slung by the CEO. Other parties are alleged to have set up FB accounts especially to seek retribution.

A person from Bradford took umbrage at the CEO's bullying on a lengthy and passionate Facebook Live, which by accounts made her the target of some similar attacks.

You would not risk a normal business turning into a slanging match all over the internet, this does seem to be something unique to MLM's.

I've decided to buy in to become a Bellend.

I spend so much of my time looking at Bellends on Facebook that I am starting to get jealous.

@ArbunneHun - I think the ranks you propose for your compensation plan may be setting the bar a bit high for those just starting their journey in Total Shite-Life (TM) - After all, this sets out to be the People's Company, and the little guy should get recognition and be able to get a foot on the ladder.

I therefore propose adding the initial ranks of:
-knob
-bit of a wanker

In this way, we are providing a more level playing field to encourage the development of talent. It's all about being inclusive.
