It's on a woman's page that lives in Cornwall and has a sausage dog and a holiday let business? I think it's who you call High Street Bot? I remember reading about her in the Fail when TS clamped down on Valentus.

Maybe it's deliberately confused so that people contact her for clarification - and are then snared. Or maybe we're all supposed to 'knee jerk' when we see the word f.r.e.e. (And ditto.)

If that message was about Ariix, it is for products that 'have higher levels of ingredients than UK legislation likes'. It means bots are not allowed to sell it legally but they reckon customers can buy direct from Ariix as it is for personal use. Products bought this way are exempt from a £16.49 fee.
