Also: not attending a wedding because you can't do your hair then actually telling people about it just screams to me browbot couldn't handle someone else having attention for a day. 😐

DoubleR · 30/06/2017 23:37

Hi there, I think I might have accidentally been to a MLM evening tonight ( I didn't buy anything and gave a fake email address), it was for doterra essential oils. It started off ok but after reading some of these threads (and I have an Acti bot on fb) after a while I started noticing things like ridiculous health claims and joining fees etc so I thought I'd come and check with the experts. Was I right? Thanks Smile

BSintolerant · 30/06/2017 23:49

DoubleR You have survived an MLM party without catching botulism. No doubt doterra has a cure for that. No, really: are you okay?

Such a shame it can't cure narcissism too. You're right SSDGM - makes you wonder if the hairdryer is really broken. Does FL have a cure for that?!

DoubleR · 30/06/2017 23:53

Ahhh so it is an MLM, thanks.
No botulism yet but I did eat some chocolates made with the oils so there is still time.
A friend just asked me if I wanted to come to find out about essential oils as a friend of hers was starting up as a lifestyle consultant, it was relatively soft sell so took me a while to catch on. I did warn another friend who was there when I realised, luckily no one bought in.

darceybussell · 01/07/2017 08:03

Eh? Missing a wedding because you hadn't done your hair? That can't be real surely! No one would do that - what a horrid thing to do to someone!

Moose23 · 01/07/2017 08:18

I still can't get over Browbot. I had to screen grab it because I am so shocked.

Any sane human being would either cobble together a different hair style or pop round to a neighbours or phone a friend to borrow a hairdryer if that desperate .

However anyone who is self-absorbed and selfish would not only drop out of attending a friends wedding but also post about it on social media.

She really is something else. How shit a friend must she be to miss a friends wedding because she couldn't do her hair. Hope the "friend" who was getting married has nothing more to do with her - she deserves better friends than Browbot

Spongebobette · 01/07/2017 10:33

My interpretation of this is: browbot recruits a lowlybot and showers her with positivity and makes her feel like a special friend

Lowlybot invites browbot to her wedding because she thinks browbot actually likes her

But to browbot she is just another recruit in Avery very long line of victims

So she didn't really want to go to the wedding at all, what a bore, having to spend time pretending to care

Much nicer to spend the evening at home with husband (and taking photos to upload to show what a wonderful life you have together)

MrsGotobed · 01/07/2017 10:41

Spot on there I reckon!

SSDGM · 01/07/2017 10:57

Also: "look at me able to buy high end electricals at a moment's notice".

roseandviolets · 01/07/2017 11:10

Spongebobette I think that's spot on.

Moose23 · 01/07/2017 11:41

EXACTLY spongebobbette!!

Spongebobette · 01/07/2017 13:25

...although of course she missed a trick, she might have been able to find some new victims at the wedding!!
"how do you know the bride?"
"I'm glad you asked........"

msgyouhuns · 01/07/2017 14:35

A bot posted saying she qualified for the shares pool this month (nu skin), googled it - how complicated is this! www.nuskin.com/content/nuskin/en_US/join/financial_rewards/new_bonus.html

Also love their attempts to avoid looking like a pyramid scheme by using circles Grin

Moose23 · 01/07/2017 16:08

Oh and spongebobette - I also remember that browbot and her best mate (bot with mum and dad who are also in FL) - both wore plain white dresses to one of their downline's wedding. Again with the wanting to be centre of attention.

SSDGM · 01/07/2017 16:16

At a family BBQ and had the dreadful feeling the family Acti-Bot was going to make an appearance. Thankfully she's not coming because she's on holiday....

STOP THE PRESS!!!!

Just Facebook stalked her and last week she was pushing Follicle Food and then on Tuesday she's apparently left her car plan and 1200 downline and gone straight into Vida Divina!

Spongebobette · 01/07/2017 16:34

Ah yes Moose

I suppose that if you have trained yourself in the habit of taking selfies several times a day, wherever you are and whatever you are doing, you might start expecting to be the centre of attention

BSintolerant · 01/07/2017 17:59

Sponge - yes! I suspect your theory is right.

Spongebobette · 02/07/2017 09:56

Someone seems to be still drinking at 9am and in charge of his children

CurlsandCurves · 02/07/2017 10:43

Looking at the comments on a certain still pissed father, one friend at least appears concerned.

Not great when he's talking about having a small bottle of vodka with him to keep the hangover away...

Jonsey32 · 02/07/2017 11:51

The problem with him is that he has no filter and doesn't realise that living his life on Facebook is, I'm sure, eventually going to be his downfall.

So much is concerning. The admitting to criminal things, fibbing off about people, being continuously drunk, the relentless pics of him in the pub, pint in hand with his children in shot, the untaxed, un MOT'd car and the relentless bullshit that he then accidentally calls himself out on.
He's living it all in the public eye and I can already see at least 3 agencies that would be concerned.
The police, the dvla and most worryingly, social services.

spanfan · 02/07/2017 15:32

Hello. Long time lurker, first time poster here.

Found you after a few months of stalking a few FLBots and could no longer hold in my rage.

I have had the pleasure/misfortune of finding PhD bot, castlebot and others within their "high flying" team. Mostly as one of them shares a mutual friend on FB

Particularly dislike PhD as she uses her Dr name to make her seem more reputable. Vulgar. She recently posted a "dispelling the myths" video series which made me want to vomit.

I also have a particular dislike of the flashy, crude nature of their posts. I shouldn't watch but it's so compulsive.

I would be ever so grateful if some kind soul could DM me any bots worth viewing, especially browbot and noflatbot.?

Thanks x

A piece of inspiration from our fosterbot. Not sure if it's meant to be ironic? Reminds me of timeless vie..

Is drunk flatbot some sort of north face rep? I have only ever see him wear north face. For all his alpine adventures?!
