Cazzy, love that video. There are no shortcuts for weight-loss, eat healthier, excercise more, doesn't have to be the gym or jogging, walking does the trick, whatever suits you. Still have treats, just in moderation. I have done all this and lost a stone in 4 months, thats what I wanted to do. My Hubby has nearly lost 3 stone, I'm so proud of him. We have completly changed the way we look at food and its worked. No suppliments, no fasting and not an aloe-vera product in sight. We still have treats, we still have a tipple and we are loving life as well as being healthier. It pisses me off with these stupid " lose weight quick" products, there is no such thing. Anyway, sorry about the rant folks, its something that really gets to me.

My bot posted recently about how some friends now deliberately isolate her and blank her . She's wondering why she doesn't get invited for coffee any more or why they don't reply to her texts.

Maybe the clue comes a little bit later in her long, rambly post when she let's it slip that these people referred to her "business" (my inverted commas, not hers of course) as "that aloe shit".

It's sad that these bots can't see what their friends and the rest of the world see.

She is one of brow bots downline and clearly idolises her. She is as botted as you can get ... sacked the boss (but husband is doing alright of course so his income probably keeps the family's heads above water), regularly drives halfway across the country to recruit/support her team, she is desperate to be like her mentor and you can see it in her fb posts.
