Hmmm

"One common misconception around Network Marketing is that it can become 'saturated.'

Working with a 39 year old company I can assure you this cannot happen.

Even at 39 years old, even if 1% of the entire global working-age population used our products...that would still be ten times more that our current performance!

The company I work alongside are truly global, with head-offices in over 160 countries.

We are just getting started and I'm ridiculously excited!!!"

Spongebobette · 20/06/2017 19:28

Oh I've just come across this. Blood boil alert

A lot of people are asking me about the wonderful xxxxxx in our arbonne team who is building an online health and wellness business of her own with my support, to raise awareness for others using toxic products that want to become healthier and happier.

How can someone with no vision at all, with very very little ability to move, wheelchair bound and has to have 24/7 Carers, build a business im being asked...

The answer is simple, she's a 'how can i' person not a 'I can't because' person.

But if you want to know the intricate details, she's going to vlog everything, but not publicly, it'll be documented in our exclusive friends and family only 'hello future' page, so if you want to follow, pop a request to be in the secret group page to follow her journey.

Xxxxx

Lolz at 1% of the world's population using a shitty mlm's products. Just googled and 1% of the global population eat McDonald's - one of the biggest brands in the world. You have to be an absolute super-brand to get into that kind of territory, not a ridiculous MLM selling over-priced shite that no one wants.

GoldenKelpie · 20/06/2017 20:53

Thanks, Tripple that works well and I can read it easily. They are certainly being more honest than most MLMs. Hopefully, people will actually read the small print before signing up.

cozietoesie · 20/06/2017 21:14

I doubt they do, I'm afraid.

Spongebobette · 20/06/2017 21:22

No they just read the bots' FB rave reviews

Mind you, I don't read the Apple terms and conditions when I download an upgrade 😜

frogsgoladidahdidah · 20/06/2017 21:27

Newbie to this. A friend has become FL rep and is trying to recruit other new mums.

They are asking my opinion. I want to be kind to my friend whilst making sure everyone else runs for the hills.

Any tips please?

cozietoesie · 20/06/2017 21:48

Welcome, frogs. Have you read any of Botwatchblog or Timeless Vie?

cozietoesie · 20/06/2017 21:51

By the way - being 'kind' to your friend may no longer be possible, I fear. How deep is she in? And were you close?

frogsgoladidahdidah · 20/06/2017 22:19

I haven't read anything yet!

She is committed, it seems. A year in. I had a little
Falling out with her over it, but would like to renew our friendship if possible.

I work with new mums and she was approaching them, pretending to be their friends but with this agenda of building a team.

I did not take to kindly too it as new mums can be vulnerable (and I think it's all shite)

cozietoesie · 20/06/2017 22:41

I fear that it may be too late to renew the friendship in the same way with her. That doesn't mean that you never can but it would require great strength from you over a long time. (If she's already deep in.) Only you know whether it would be worth it to you.

You're right about the vulnerability issue, though. It may be that the best thing you can do is forewarn people. I'd have a read of some of the Botwatch and Timeless Vie pieces so that you're up to speed a little more. That John Oliver video I linked to upthread is also worth watching.

Best of luck and keep visiting the thread. Smile

Recruit recruit recruit recruit

Every person joining will add to the recruiter's coffers, initially by buying the 'business in a box' which they'll get a cut of, then by funnelling money to them through every item they sell and every other person they recruit.

'Share my knowledge' 'help people achieve success' MY ARSE! It's all about YOU and YOUR INCOME!!

"This week I'm starting a small focus group with just 24 people in the team who are ready to increase their income by £400 per month

Over a year that is nearing £5000 ! Could you get a £5000 payrise at work ?

I'm saving 5 spaces for new people, you could join 19 others, just like you - wanting more from life

Those 5 spaces will get snapped up, we're starting this Thursday - get in quick "

cozietoesie · 21/06/2017 13:40

Out of interest, where do they think that the ££££ actually come from? Smile

Spongebobette · 21/06/2017 14:02

Magic pixies?

cozietoesie · 21/06/2017 14:21

It flummoxes me what is going on in their minds at times. I swear that some of them do think it's magic rather than the reality.

Moose23 · 21/06/2017 15:00

I actually think that the shill bots like browbot are chosen because a) they are pretty enough to make the product seem legit b) they're vain enough to put themselves out there and show off their life, house, or their face and body c) they are dumb enough not to question it, just see money rolling in. Not thinking that it won't be easy for non-shills.

OR they're wily enough to know it's a scam but keep quiet because they know that they're on a good gig and don't care what happens to their downline.

Spongebobette · 21/06/2017 15:21

There is absolutely no way you can make a 6 figure income by flogging aloe products, however overpriced they are.
So you have to recruit to make any real money and the poor sods at the bottom of the pyramid are left sitting at their computers spamming people or are paying for a stall at a market and watching people give them a wide berth

I would love one of this shill bots to have to disclose a) how many they have recruited in total b) how many are still in what you might laughingly call 'business'

Moose23 · 21/06/2017 15:44

Imagine if we all enquired with a shill bot and pretended to want to be in the team. Attended a video conference call and then asked the hard questions 😆

Spongebobette · 21/06/2017 15:45

Go on Moose!!

cozietoesie · 21/06/2017 15:54

You might give them hope that 'it' might be working, Moose. Personally, I'd rather see them leave as soon as possible.

Spongebobette · 21/06/2017 16:08

I think she means the top bots, Cozie

cozietoesie · 21/06/2017 16:32

Ah.

BSintolerant · 21/06/2017 18:10

A lot of the money the shillbots earn is from taking a cut from selling training tools - that was the scam in Merchants of Deception. Yet the shills will persuade their downlines that they can do what they do purely by selling overpriced tat. It's all about monkey see monkey do in The Botteries. Wink

cozietoesie · 21/06/2017 18:48

I've often wondered how much of this is financed by plastic? (People may get in a little income so they feel pleased that they have some coins and fivers in a jam jar but they conveniently forget that the household's expenditure is still racking up elsewhere.) Do people really look at their financial situation or is the moonshine and glitter (combined with the stress and exhaustion) just too overwhelming?
