Gotcha

BSintolerant · 19/06/2017 06:55

Attraction marketing doesn't work well in any location when it's related to MLM schemes and people start to question it.

"Look at the 'castle' I bought." The MLM Resistance does a bit of research and discovers the castle is a folly which is rented by your MLM to serve as bait.

That one must've been pretty damaging.

Spongebobette · 19/06/2017 06:55

I think we just call it showing off in this country

And I was brought up to believe that showing off is bad

BSintolerant · 19/06/2017 09:17

The way MLM bots do it is certainly showing off - it's vulgar. When attraction marketing is done professionally it doesn't involve photos of possessions which scream "Look what I've got, I'm rich don't yer know."

TrippleFlappyDiamondSparrow · 19/06/2017 17:28

Ahhh but of course, if the bots did not show off about their fortune then they wouldn't recruit anyone.

I'm not sure if anyone can help me out here. I question what kind of career full time bots would ever be able to go into if their MLM was to fail or go under. I mean the likes of Salonbot. She was a hairdresser, would she really go back to that? I know she probably won't ever need to but just as an example. Stokeflatbot proved he could not hold down a proper job longer than around 2 weeks.
We know the likes of FLP are starting to dissappear slowly, I am not sure what happens to them? I don't actually care but curious 😂

cozietoesie · 19/06/2017 17:44

They'll likely have a large debt to pay off, a garage to empty, and have to find something else to occupy their lives. It's little wonder that some of them fall prey to other MLMs - having to start off again in 'ordinary life' is a heck of a shock to the system, the family and your own self-esteem.

Moose23 · 19/06/2017 21:19

PHD bot is seemingly distancing herself from FL (maybe it took a PHD to work out how shit they are). I have removed the name of her business and links to it in case it's too identifying. See the last sentence!

After three years growing my own Network Marketing business to a 6-figure income I have realised the importance of having other ambitious and determined women around you to support you on your journey to success.

That's why I've created the (link removed) The first and only completely free online support community for female Network Marketers.

I can't wait to welcome you to the group gorgeous!

*Strictly non-FBO only

BSintolerant · 19/06/2017 21:38

Doesn't salonbot still own her salon? I heard she was spraying her clients with skinny coffee instead of fake tan. Grin

Spongebobette · 19/06/2017 21:39

What does non FBO mean?

BSintolerant · 19/06/2017 21:42

Forever Business Owner?

cozietoesie · 19/06/2017 21:45

That's what I guessed it meant from the context.

Spongebobette · 19/06/2017 21:46

Ohhhh

Why not then?

BSintolerant · 19/06/2017 21:51

I suspect bots like PhDBot don't explicitly mention Forever Living on their FL Facebook sites or private websites because they want to maximise their chances of luring in more victims. They think that being mysterious works in their favour - it's how the brainwashing starts. If their websites had Forever Living splashed all over them most people would consult Mr Google which would direct them to discussions about the dark side of MLMs, cults, articles, threads populated by middle-aged keyboard warriors, and blogs which tell it as it is.

BSintolerant · 19/06/2017 21:54

Sponge Is it because you're not meant to poach (or "coach") other people's downlines? In some MLMs even communicating with bots in others' downlines is not allowed - that was the case with Amway according to Merchants of Deception.

cozietoesie · 19/06/2017 21:58

I suspect it's deliberately vague, BS. You'll find people messaging to ask what it means and 'Am I excluded?'

To which the response would be 'Oh, I didn't mean you, darling. Of course you're welcome.'

Grin
BSintolerant · 19/06/2017 21:58

Or is PhDBot trying to coach people from other MLMs to convert them to Forever Fibbing? Or maybe she thinks there's more money to be made from the so-called coaching side of MLMs?

And I still don't know why the Milka cow is lilac! Wink

DoratheExplorer17 · 19/06/2017 22:00

I'm trying to work out who PHD bot is? Can anyone pm me please?

TrippleFlappyDiamondSparrow · 20/06/2017 00:32

No, Salonbot doesn't own her Salon anymore. Shame she jacked in a real business but recruiting pays more clearly.
Could someone also let me know who PHD bot is please. 😊

TrippleFlappyDiamondSparrow · 20/06/2017 00:58

So this will come as no surprise to anyone on this thread anyway. I can't believe the Valentus independent distributors (which I've learnt from reading this contract that they should include this exact title in their business titles!) Fail to mention this when recruiting their next victims. If anyone signs upto this massive scam after reading this contract... well I just can't understand what goes on their head.

I feel bad for PHD bot, most of her Facebook posts have zero likes. Where are all her huns?!

Moose23 · 20/06/2017 10:37

Wow Browbot is now adding the disclosure about false claims at the end of her posts. FL getting worried?
