No need to apologise, Mrs.
I'm afraid that I'm pretty - perhaps overly - cynical about all these 'disclosures'. I feel that they're meant to encourage 'instant rapport' between the person writing them and some of the people reading. (To be followed up in person over cups of coffee.) They also serve a function in welding the writer closer to the MLM. ('It wasn't until I joined XXXX that I could let this all out in the open' etc etc.)
That is a difficult one, lasagne. The books can be bought at mainstream shops and online and are books. (Equals nice and wholesome.) They seem to have a stream, though, which is more aggressive and 'opportunity' driven. I have a vague memory that one of the contributors to an early thread here had experienced some serious pressure from what can only be described as an adherent.
I'm a huge - I mean massive - fan of books but I don't think I'd allow a company where your wellbeing depends only on the attitude of the person concerned. You could always read what botwatchblog has to say about them before you decide, though.
