Hello - I normally just lurk as I've managed to keep away from most bots in my life, until one cropped up on a freelancers FB group I'm involved with. She's so positive that I've had a lot of fun asking her questions, and she keeps inviting me to her presentations. I'm almost tempted to turn up with a powerpoint.
But I thought you'd all enjoy her answer to my question, 'do you make more money from selling product, or from commission on what other people sell'...
^As my own personal business stands today I have a pretty even split between the two.
You're absolutely right though, the idea is to grow a team of positive, like minded and ambitious individuals and show them how to build their own business.
As my team grows so will my income from the product volume all going through their businesses too!
That is where the pure genius of the business model is. Getting paid on hours you don't personally work.
So for example if you work ten hours a week on your own personal business and you have a team of 10 individuals all doing the same, working their businesses 10 hours a week you will personally get paid on what is effectively 100 man hours! How amazing is that!
That is where this industry enables people to truly leverage their time and spend less of their precious life on this planet working and more of it having fun and doing the things they really would love to do.
The pure joy I get knowing that every time someone purchases pure, safe and beneficial products from my online shop Arbonne pays me very generously to say thank you for being the marketing arm of their business and introducing someone to the products, which goes towards my needs and the needs of my family AND THEN Arbonne pays an over ride to a minimum of six individuals above me (of which all are now friends) in the business to help pay for THEIR children's dance classes, clothes, bills too is just beautiful!
In comparison to someone paying me to do a massage where by only I benefit financially this alternative way of working is just amazing!
I am so grateful to you for giving me the opportunity to share and educate about this incredible industry on such a public forum. My intention was only to advertise a short information session next weekend where all of this and much more would be explained but it's great to share here too.
You have also created some fantastic traffic and interest in my post and my business so again. Thank you.^
I can't imagine the joy I would get from passing huge chunks of my own freelance income to six friends up the line. In fact I'm so sure that there wouldn't be any, that I'm not going to do it.
But really, WTAF? How do they get people to believe this? Every time I read it my brain boggles a bit more.
