As the last thread is almost full, here is a nice fresh clean one.

In a nutshell, matched betting is a clever way of making ££££ from the bookies without ever having to gamble.

This is profit accumulator

I've just counted it all up and im up about £150 profit since the 21st april.

bonfireheart · 02/05/2017 22:29

Phew thank you will ignore.
Placed qualifying betfair - but games isn't until Thursday & then they take 24 hours to add the free bets. This is going slower than I expected but as I'm dozy on diazepam at the moment it's probably a good thing!
That's great going neonrainbow!

Ive just done the William hill free no deposit £10 casino money.
Played it in the green lantern slots (read a liar if people say they get max winnings with that slot on OM) and at end of wagering had £200. I didn't get excited though as the t and c stated max winnings of £25 allowed so knew I couldn't keep all £200.

The second I did my last wagering spin, balance changed to £25 plus the £3 quid I already had in. I withdrew £20 and played a little more with the £8, got back up to £46.

£63 profit for an hours slots am very happy.
£17 profit from a free bet so £80 profit for today alone :)

I'm not fully understanding casinos but am only doing the offers with free money and not crazy wagering.

If anyone else wants to try the William hill free £10 it's under the casino tab and you don't need to deposit, it uses you bonus money before your actual cash. I changed stake to lowest possible and aft about half an hour I set it to auto roll and had me tea (or dinner for the posh folk :) ) then knew I couldn't lose so used calculater to work out how many spins were needed for last £20 odd quid of wagering and used auto spin again..

OverthinkingSpartacus · 02/05/2017 23:16

One if the times that the cash out will be benefit will be with the 2up promos with paddy power.

They pay you as a winner if you team go up by 2 goals at any point during the match. At that point you've won the bet at the bookies regardless if end results, so you don't need the lay bet.

TessTube · 02/05/2017 23:40

I've had a similar evening on "Magical Vegas" and got £30!

I did the William Hill lose £20 but get it back and I lost, but I did get it back so I thought I'd mug bet it to make me look mug like.

I quite enjoy the slots in a way especially playing with the fake money.

I wouldn't use proper money though!

I've had some really good luck with slots so far.

TessTube · 02/05/2017 23:41

I've started to watch the ACCA videos because I might start doing one or two a week with the main bookies - not got my head around them yet.

I understand the normal one, not the lay all or refund lock in ones yet. I think some practise will be needed.

HeyRoly · 02/05/2017 23:42

I've tried playing the slots several times and won sod all Grin I've accepted free spins and also did a "stake £10 and get a free bet" offer, and lost the lot in three minutes flat. It really must be down to luck.

TessTube · 02/05/2017 23:46

Totally! I've won big and then had to sit and stick it all back in to meet the wagering requirements.

I think it's possible to get quite a lot though so it's worth doing, I also use the auto spins.

OverthinkingSpartacus · 03/05/2017 01:34

Agree about slots and casino offers being more about luck than anything else, today's the first time I got lucky and have done a few free spins type thing and burn through in minutes. The Coral one I've been up at almost 200 pounds and would have cashed out had it been my own money, and then almost down to a few pounds before getting lucky again, only have. £100 left to wager through and balance of £30. If the offers don't out any of your own cash at risk and you have the spare time to work through wagering, there's some decent money in it so worth giving a try. Can see how they make money from gamblers though as its very easy to get a high and think "one more spin"

I'm also watching Acca vids as I plan to give them a bash next week as it seems that's where a lot of the people on OM get their profits after sign ups.

louisejxxx · 03/05/2017 07:48

Thanks to whoever posted about the totally free £10 on William hill casino. I'm currently plodding through the wagering requirements (only about 10% through)...hopefully it'll keep me busy for the next couple of days while I'm waiting for the weekend and more footie matches.

Think over the next couple of weeks I'm going to slowly to transition from football to tennis so that I've still got plenty to bet on over the summer.

MaidOfStars · 03/05/2017 08:13

They pay you as a winner if you team go up by 2 goals at any point during the match. At that point you've won the bet at the bookies regardless if end results, so you don't need the lay bet
You still must lay the bet though?

TessTube · 03/05/2017 08:25

Check there isn't a time requirement Louise as some have 48 hours to use the bonus money.

neonrainbow · 03/05/2017 08:33

Im a bit confused about Betfair Sportsbook v Betfair Exchange. It looks like you use the same login details for both, so does that mean Ive missed out on the free bet from BF Sportsbook?

TessTube · 03/05/2017 08:40

I signed up and started using the exchange and checked and the offer wasn't in the promotions section so assumed I'd missed it.

FiveHoursSleep · 03/05/2017 08:51

For those of you who have done the bet £10, get £20 188bet promotion, how long did it take for your free bet to come through?

MaidOfStars · 03/05/2017 08:55

Betfair free bet for newbies: I assumed this would trigger when you made your first back bet (£10?) at the Sportsbook (and layed it using a different exchange)?

neonrainbow · 03/05/2017 09:04

I havent used the betfair sportsbook yet so ill put down a qualifier and see what happens.

neonrainbow · 03/05/2017 09:30

It turns out i really really don't understand casino games! I think ill leave those for now.

TessTube · 03/05/2017 09:33

I will try Maid - I've not used the Sportsbook part yet so fingers crossed I'll get something.

CalmItKermitt · 03/05/2017 11:39

I ended up £7 up with the WH free casino £10 😄

It was more fun than I expected. I chose a game with only about 20 other players and ended up with a totally irrational dislike of someone nicknamed yummymummy64 or similar. She had far too much luck for my liking. Either that or she bought loads more tickets than me 😡

Choconuts · 03/05/2017 13:07

OMG Kermit I'm yummymummy64!

Choconuts · 03/05/2017 13:07

Only joking Smile

MaidOfStars · 03/05/2017 13:35

I've got £20.50 in WH account. I'm trying to mug bet it over to the exchange.

I have made a £5 mug bet with them on a football match tonight. I backed a draw.

They are offering free bets (25% of your winnings) if there are 4 or more goals scored in named football matches, my backed draw being one of them.

So, would it seem OK to put another bet on for £20 on 1-1 at odds of 7ish. Given I have already backed a draw, this seems reasonable, and I had an email reminding me about this promotion today so not odd to make another bet here?

Hang on, just thinking through here: to qualify for the free bet, I'd have to win the back bet. If I pick 1-1, I'm saying I don't think there will be 4 goals scored. So I'd need to back 2-2. That sounds like a plausible thought process?

Except the odds of 2-2 are massive (17ish) and I don't have enough cash in the exchange to lay it. Oh well, back to basic mug bets.

Dangerismymiddlename · 03/05/2017 14:02
