Just came across a good few MNers talking about it on another thread. I don't even know what it is but from the jist of the convo, there's good money to be made from having a couple of hours a day to do it... I have those hours!!
Can anyone enlighten me please?

Louise yes I've signed up to the paid bit of Oddsmonkey; its £15 a month but I've already made about £130 profit in 4 days and there's no way I could have done anything without the oddsmatcher. I started with a float of almost £300.

To the newbies; it was mentioned up thread but do make sure you've signed up to the cash back sites (TopCashBack and Quidco) and then join up to the bookies through them. I've got another £62 coming my way through cash back!

We had a squeaky bum moment earlier when the odds changed massively between putting our bet on at the bookies and on the exchange. It could have been a £20 loss Shock off a £5 free bet, but very luckily the horse was shit we got £4.96 off a £5 free bet. DH was to blame.

Now I'm getting the hang of it, it's really quite enjoyable!

Hmmmm I'm a bit all over the place. I should have set up a new bank account but didn't cause I'd incur bank fees if I did (Ireland) so I've money all over the place and two on going bets but basically after 260 Euro I don't think I've made any profit (so far) then I also have to to factor in conversion fees and bank fees. So I'll keep plodding along.

So basically I'm struggling to find a really good profit tracker. I'm using team profit spreadsheet and another simple spreadsheet and my note book.

Thank you maidofstars think I'm going to leave it... I got a £10 free bet for accumulator bet and didn't want to touch it without knowing the ins and out I'm currently going through save the student then will sign up to oddsmonkey :)

Ah, Baby, I save very often so when I fuck up, I can go back and redo. I can't see any way to delete processed bets.

It's my fault really - I was playing about to see roughly what I'd come out with then when I put in one that actually came through I forgot to remove the ones that hadn't and processed them! Oops

I've just got an unmatched in betfair again. Not sure why oddsmonkey isn't pointing these out. Fingers crossed it gets matched before tomorrow afternoon.

Baby You can make manual adjustments to any account (bank/bookie/exchange). So maybe just try to work out what went where and adjust appropriately?

Managed to signup with Coral now and have done my qualifying bet, but the football match isn't until tomorrow (Leicester v Athletico Madrid in champions league) - I'm guessing my free bets won't come through until the outcome of that has been decided?

This is exciting 😅

Screenshot. That top horse has £19 in back bets on it. If you lay more than £19 stake, you will be unmatched.

Thanks maid. I've seen some pop up with a warning though saying there may not be enough in the exchange I thought that was telling me it won't be matched. I'll keep an eye on the end column from now on. It's been matched now on betfair.

phew mines be matched now too. bloody tense moment. and i thought id got past the fucking up stage! normal working day tomoro so all my funds ive been winning should hit my bank, and the new sign up offers start again!

Just put my free bet on another champs league game for tomorrow night! It was on a draw so all I need to hope for is not a draw and then the money will be in betfair rather than Coral.

If the money does end up in Coral should I just do a couple of mug bets to try and get the money over to betfair if possible?

I've only managed 3 so far - mainly because I've been winning everything at the bookies so I have limited funds to play with.

I'm going to have to send ID to all of them to make a withdrawal. Bit of a pain!

Louise I'm not sure if there is a problem withdrawing funds as they seem to suggest to pull winnings out at profit accumulator and you usually lose a tiny amount with the bets 15p or so.
