Reading all this with despair interest. Someone I'm very close to has got sucked into Herbalife in a big way and there's no telling her how shit it is. Very worried she's considering quitting a great job she's really good at to become a "boss babe" 🙄

He likes his job and supports her doing FL, but for some reason she has suddenly started making these little remarks about him working. Its all very strange, he brings in a secure wage, but she, all of a sudden, doesn't seem to like it.

She's maybe thinking about a couple of 'exemplars' - much spotlighted if I recall.

These bots need all the help they can get with attraction marketing, don't they? They're all very watchable for all the wrong reasons.

Joe Wicks. Some bots love him, some bots are using some ITV thing about the 'cost' of his diet as a sales tactic to flog C9 as it's only £15 a day.

My non restrictive diet is about £200 per month. Less than £7 a day.

This includes my normal food shop and meals out and alcohol. And my gym membership.

I lost 2.6lbs in 3 days. And 1" of both my waist and my belly.

For no extra money at all.
