We have our own regularly returning bots.

Glossary:

Bots: our affectionate name for victims of the MLM racket

MLM: Multi-level Marketing schemes - essentially pyramid schemes that are just legal because you sell a product. Reliant upon constant recruitment despite there not being enough people in the world to go beyond about 12 levels if everyone recruited 6.

Downline/Upline: the people you recruited and those who recruited you (going up and down the pyramid inverted funnel)

Timeless Vie: Parody of MLM schemes (though you might spot one in particular) that also carries out fearless investigative work

Hommetrepreneur: also excellent parody site focussing on the menz

BotWatch: Rather more serious, keeps an eye on what the Bots are claiming next, particularly in reference to health and income claims. Also fearless.

Inverted Funnel: Timeless Vie is NOT a pyramid - it's an inverted Funnel, OK?

Eyes: Our former member Eyespying who knows LOTS about MLM schemes. He's still our very own #manhun.

Worcester you have to forget how to spell etc when you become a bot. I think it's almost compulsory. Botfan cant help it, it's all the 'hunning' and 'bossbabing' she's had to do

Pretty sure I said exactly that in the blog! Ok so I'm a sarcastic twat, I don't deny that! But I did address a few of the issues.... Infact I could've written war and peace in it! I have said countless times I agree with some of what u say! But I don't agree with all! And as soon as that is clear, you all jump back on the "barnbot is a liar" train!
What am I supposed to do? You tell me! The "disappointed" face still comes up and yet I see of no reason at all why ANYONE being given a $5,000 bonus would make them disappointed! It was an emotional moment for me for personal reasons! Nothing to do with money or MLM! Not a single friend I had before forever hates me, only acquaintances that were 2 faced to begin with. I'm not being nasty that's the truth, how else would u like me to dress it up! If u read the blog and say I come across badly that's ur opinion, I can't argue with that. But that doesn't make it fact!

The barn post never stated rental or purchase, a comment was made on it suggesting I had bought it to which I responded publically on the post correcting it. maybe that arrogance that you all feel I possess is more my way of dealing with people who are insistent on ripping me apart. I've dealt with far worse in life and it tends to give u an ice queen manner!! Those who know me well know this isn't the case. I use inappropriate humour sometimes not intentionally to upset, it's just me! That's not a botted up brain washed nut job, just a slightly "don't think things through" one! It may well all back fire and if it does I will hold my hands up just like I every other time I've been a knob!

Really don't know what more I can say. Join MLM... Don't join MLM... It really doesn't make much difference. I'm all for everyone doing what makes them happy. It's really that simple

Yes I think that some of the things you've said or done may well come back to haunt you, I'm not saying we are all perfect, far from it, but you act in the role of someone's line management. You can make or break them by the comments you make about them in private groups, in a way that would simply not be tolerated in a normal employment. It would be right if you are held to account for that

You were interviewed for that article, and paid as well presumably. The journalist obviously didn't feel you were genuine, otherwise they'd have included your interview.

Your blog about your personal life is of no interest to me, we all have stories to tell if we want to, and your personal life experiences are not what these threads are about. They're about people in MLM's who feel misled, feel bullied and are upset about it

I am completely flabbergasted at the lack of empathy and employment law, at the very least the lack of PR awareness of these people.

I've seen the Facebook posts complaining of being bullied, when in actual fact it was the bullying from those people that had been made public

I think it was the way in which in which it was worded loveabot. I don't know why you assume we have nothing to do with charity though, I guess I personally don't feel the need to talk about my charity work here. I am sure others are the same since it isn't what we are discussing.

delurker I don't find the bullying funny at all. I think it needs addressing and quickly. No one should feel threatened in any job! I've been bullied, not in MLM, but I do know what it feels like. Probably why this thread don't upset me personally but it does make other FBOs feel attacked and unfortunately probably not the ones that deserve it

Loveabot, I guess it's because we are cynical by now after seeing many examples of bots exploiting charities in order to sell products to make up their monthly CCs and at the same time target suitable victims to recruit. It's a shitty little business, isn't it?

It is offensive to assume that we don't support charities, we do, it's just that we don't exploit anyone and do it quietly without need to shout out about it on fb or other social media.

What's this "by my aloe lipsalve for £3 and I will donate 90p to charity? Why don't they just donate the entire £3 to charity? Maybe because you need to get your CCs up, particularly since Rex has moved the goalposts and now you only get 1.08CC per recruit instead of two. That must really rankle, eh?
