Glossary:

Bots: our affectionate name for victims of the MLM racket

MLM: Multi-level Marketing schemes - essentially pyramid schemes that are just legal because you sell a product. Reliant upon constant recruitment despite there not being enough people in the world to go beyond about 12 levels if everyone recruited 6.

Downline/Upline: the people you recruited and those who recruited you (going up and down the pyramid inverted funnel)

Timeless Vie: Parody of MLM schemes (though you might spot one in particular) that also carries out fearless investigative work

Hommetrepreneur: also excellent parody site focussing on the menz

BotWatch: Rather more serious, keeps an eye on what the Bots are claiming next, particularly in reference to health and income claims. Also fearless.

Inverted Funnel: Timeless Vie is NOT a pyramid - it's an inverted Funnel, OK?

Eyes: Our former member Eyespying who knows LOTS about MLM schemes. He's still our very own #manhun.

It certainly made me chuckle after the Daily Mail article. My husband and I still glow inside from reading what we've already known for a long time. FL is a complete sham for people who are money orientated and put it over family and friends. Thankfully, it shows their true colours, for which, we are grateful.

I just don't know whether there are any ASA-like rules for 'health claims' with animals. (Although the pressures are similar for many people.) One to just be careful of I think?

My Forever bot has a friend (a boy she introduced - her down line?) whose 'company' is Aloe for Dogs. She's tried to sell to me a couple of times.

That blog post is actually quite underhanded and loaded with guilt inducing comments for anyone thinking of signing up and venom towards those who object. Dissapointed. Clearly I totally misjudged you, do NOT dare claim bullying like your other uber bots because you have been called out on the smoke and mirrors, it is an insult to those who are geuninely bullied, particularly the MANY who have been caught up in the mlm world that you would like to pretend dont exist.

Our members have had fake troll accounts set up threatening rape and violence, been named and intimidated on pages by your friends for voicing a different opinion, called awful names, threatened that their location and home address is known etc. all from the mlm people that you so vehemently defend. Put YOUR common sense hat on, open YOUR eyes. Just because you all got together and discussed how best to PR the crap out of this with your typical FL propaganda doesnt make it true.
