When they say 'do you buy your 4cc' are they saying you should be doing that or you shouldn't?

n0taBotfan · 27/04/2016 15:10

That's brilliant insider info Nolonger. So glad you're out of it now and can see it for what it really is.

Thanks for posting!

n0taBotfan · 27/04/2016 15:12

PS - do you think I should change my username to avoid confusion with the trollbot? Thanks #hunz

Nolongerconfused · 27/04/2016 15:14

They are saying you shouldn't buy your 4cc. But they know fine well that that's what a lot of managers have to do! They would turn a blind eye to it too as we would never be told "don't do your 4cc if you are buying it"

cozietoesie · 27/04/2016 15:21

I could analyse that communication in great depth but it 'feels' like a communique/statement from some sales analyst higher up most of which has been inserted into a post.

Just musin'

Patzy85 · 27/04/2016 17:09

How much does it cost on average in a month for the business? Did it feel like you were spending a lot just to hit 4CCs?

I've noticed some uplines promote 5 rather than 4, apparently it's easier. They also said in a webinar that they expect them to be done in the first two weeks.

cozietoesie · 27/04/2016 17:19

Out of interest, why does it seem to need to be done in the first part of the month? Is it just to 'gee' everyone up or is it so that people can relax? (Or, does some 'return' have to be made early or - heaven forfend - the workload of the factory packers/producers need to be 'smoothed'. Smile)

Patzy85 · 27/04/2016 17:37

I figured it was so the upline could work out how much they would be definitely making that month cozie.

cozietoesie · 27/04/2016 17:43

Maybe it's just that, right enough. Smile There did seem to be some real fervour in those communiques, though.

Nolongerconfused · 27/04/2016 17:49

It's as patzy said. Although they can work it out but that involves effort.

Nolongerconfused · 27/04/2016 17:51

I think too it's more than wanting them to do it early it's being annoyed about the drop in CC's and trying to highlight that we aren't doing enough. Not working hard enough, not wanting it enough.

DollyTwat · 27/04/2016 18:01

Whoever starts the next thread, can we have a link to this one please? It's been very informative, thanks to Delurker, seenthelight and nolongerconfused, it's actually as bad as we've been told if not worse

cozietoesie · 27/04/2016 18:02

Out of interest, who judges the managers' performance and how?

cozietoesie · 27/04/2016 18:04

Gosh, we're getting to that point again.

Yes indeed, Dolly. Respect to those who have joined us and many thanks for all the information.

Motorheadmum · 27/04/2016 18:06

Caching up! So lovely to see more people coming forward. My FL friend has gone into overdrive since the weekend abd now signs off all her posts with love and hugs....

Seenthelight21 · 27/04/2016 18:55

Yes it's all so managers can see their cc's for promotions car plan 100 club Eagle manager Etc etc
They can work.it out but choose not too.....
We have a full month to do 4cc but apparently were not real manages or we don't want it enough if we take the full month to do it so get bombarded with when's it going to be done!

All upline above can see cc's so managers ccs are watched I always found you were only in the in team of you were super early with 4cc if not you were disregarded!!!!

There is loads of favouritism that goes on daily ... and apparently there's no targets in Forever 😝 !

cozietoesie · 27/04/2016 19:00

Do the 'in team' get more privileges or is it just the continuation of the love-buzz?

RaeSkywalker · 27/04/2016 19:03

Can I ask how NuSkin works? I know it's an MLM, but my bot is always posting about how it's free to join. Does anyone knew what the catch is because there's kind to be one?

clarinsgirl · 27/04/2016 19:06

I think I've actually developed a Spidey sense for mlm prospecting. I was picking ds2 up from nursery and spotted a friend talking to another mum. I just knew that she was being prospected. I swear I could smell the aloe. Sure enough when I reached her my friend was saying 'Actually I run several real businesses and have no interest in pyramid schemes' so had clearly been offered the forever scam opportunity.

Nolongerconfused · 27/04/2016 19:06

Manager performance In my opinion shouldn't really be judged? No ones performance should be judged as they are independent business owners right? Lol! But of course it is. It's judged by those above you.
We are told the CC's aren't important it's the activity that matters and they would much rather see evidence that someone is trying and "following the cycle" as that means more than CC's...what a load of you know what!!

Also someone asked earlier about the fact it's 5cc personal that is promoted and that is indeed correct. It's called "do 5, coach 5" and that's based on recruiting 2 every month and doing 1cc retail. And coaching your down line to also do that. It's very hard to do and I don't know many that succeed Doing that!

Seenthelight21 · 27/04/2016 19:09

Agreed! I could never sign more than one person a month.... I'm still conditioned for think it was because of me lol
I wasn't working hard enough I didn't want it enough etc etc
But the reality is the market IS saturated!!!everyone I spoke to knew someone one who did it it was hard work

Patzy85 · 27/04/2016 19:35

Did anyone ever come to any of you to and ask to join without you prompting them?

Did many people leave your downline?

Did any of you use 'attraction marketing' techniques - did your upline want you to do it?

Patzy85 · 27/04/2016 19:36

I love have our very own ex-bots, you have all been so brilliant at shedding the light on what happens behinds the scenes. Thanks for all your answers!

Twunk · 27/04/2016 20:01

Ugh in the past 2 days I have created a 50 page newsletter and I now have cross eyes (not actually my real job but voluntary work). It's actually "Koningsdag" (King's Day) but the weather is so shite I left the boys to it.

Where was I? Right well obviously they A) want to know their money is in the bank B) if you're losing interest and C) you're still drinking the kool-aid. Though I reckon it's mostly A.

Sack the boss my arse - sounds worse than an actual boss. They seem to enjoy the power trip - am I right or am I right?

Twunk · 27/04/2016 20:04

I have a bot who's a friend of a friend - I occasionally have a nosy at her (very open) profile. Every single picture she's grinning inanely bless her. Must be exhausting.
