Welcome delurker and seenthelight. Thank you for coming on here and talking to us about your experiences. We know it takes a lot of courage to open up about the awful reality of MLM company practices. They are so far removed from real employment and frankly such behaviours you have revealed would not be tolerated in the real business world.
The fact that they appear to be getting away with, for example, calling people on their alleged mental health issues, is damning.
I watched 'the video' of the three women unfurling their cheques this morning and have been thinking about it all day. It is uncomfortable to watch and I feel so sorry for the woman whose meagre cheque is so much of a shock to her. She is frozen with dawning horror, gripping the cheque tightly and trying to hold it together while her colleagues run around hugging each other (and her) obviously delighted with their much bigger cheques. Whether or not we agree with what she's doing to make money, no one deserves this humiliation. It is wrong on every level.
The downlines in this MLM company are told to replicate the system of work and never give up and they will be rewarded. She has done this to her best ability, she has played the game, she has even come on here to defend her MLM, and then, in a full public arena and posted on fb, her 'failure' is displayed for all to see. How much money has she spent to get to this level? Was it worth it?
What will she do now? Keep trying? Give up? God, what a mess
