We've heard the insinuations about people's mental health a few times now. Sounds similar to Scientology!

Anyway, something else that wouldn't be legal in a real place of work.

confusedbot · 25/04/2016 12:31

How can I delete my own post with the nickname?

Melaw21 · 25/04/2016 12:34

confused copy and paste so you can save it, report it to mn, they will remove it, then you can repost it xxx

Delurker2016 · 25/04/2016 12:34

There's also a big issue at the moment with people doing 2 mlms.
Someone was absolutely blasted for joining another, not in conflict with FLP. FLP have now said they changed company policy in November but forgot to tell anyone including top bots.
If I were top bots I would be sincerely worried as if that's the case their downline is about to massively dwindle!

Melaw21 · 25/04/2016 12:35

Its a bugbear of ours that MN wont allow it, we could go on about all the reasons why they should and can, however its pointless as they are set on this rule, so sadly we have to comply :-(

cozietoesie · 25/04/2016 12:35

Lack of 'respect' ??

confusedbot · 25/04/2016 12:36

Delurker i think I know the webinar you are referring too. It was a collaboration right? Blonde BBF's?

Oh I know they could work it out themselves but some managers resent their up lines so much I'm SURE they hold back their CC's and don't tell them their plans for the month. Also I never knew about the reduction in CC's before I made manager. No one told me and it was a shock. It explained why my upline wasn't very supportive in my rise to manager

bumpingalong9386 · 25/04/2016 12:39

Oh my days we're on thread 19 already?!? I've just spent a lot of my lunchbreak catching up on 20 pages of messages Shock

I am really at a loss as to why a successful person would have to be up at 5am to show that they are working. If I sent my boss an email at 5am she would tell me I'm crazy and never to email her at that time in the morning ever again.

Sorry to hear how confusing it is as to how people qualify for a car allowance as well. I'll stick with my perm job thanks, you know, the job that gives me a car as part of the package and doesn't tell me I need to perform to a certain level to keep it as well as having a reasonable manager to doesn't expect me to work all hours god sends, I can work at home when I like as well as coming into the office and what a shock, I get a base salary and benefits. I just don't understand how they think that the MLM lifestyle / dream Nightmare can only be achieved by working their way / selling their products.

Keep on with the good work exposing these schemes guys and gals, its a long hard slog but people are waking up to the message!

Delurker2016 · 25/04/2016 12:41

They most definitely hold them back. Why wouldn't they! After being spoken to in such a disgusting manner.
The thing is in a normal JOB it just wouldn't be tolerated, they would have to be held accountable, FLP turn a blind eye and when it's reported their response is just merely speak to Facebook as it has nothing to do with us.
FLP should be concerned about how their top bots are representing them, it's nothing short of mean girls.

confusedbot · 25/04/2016 12:44

Twunk reposted for me minus the nickname - thanks!

Yes the two MLM rule is really a big issue. Especially since lots of top bots have jumped ship to Ariix.

However again I have a problem with this as I know a certain new male bot who jumped himself from JP bit interestingly his Girl friend is still in JP? So he's effectively still involved and milking it from two companies #hustle

Twunk · 25/04/2016 12:45

You know what Delurker and Confused it all sounds so exhausting and mind-fucky it actually makes me feel rather depressed reading your posts. I had a job with 2 bosses once who played similar mind games. Every day was mental torture. I got out, in fact everyone did. I must admit to a touch of schadenfreude when it turned out they couldn't even bear eachother and the company went under about 9 months after I left. We were treated like children and it was just awful.

Twunk · 25/04/2016 12:48

Delurker and Confused how do you get your 4CCs usually? How much do you actually sell to customers?

Delurker2016 · 25/04/2016 12:49

Yes! JP bot who hit supervisor in 24 hours! When asked how he replied 'I followed the business cycle'
A quick look at his profile revealed that, in fact, he had poached his JP Downline.
Again, top bots will literally do a hate campaign against anyone who leaves yet make him poster boy.
He's probably one of the most arrogant people I've ever seen. Very dilusional.
It's the double standards that they uphold, by all means, poach your downline, but ONLY if it's coming into FLP. Do it the other way and be prepared to be struck off in the most public way imaginable.

Delurker2016 · 25/04/2016 12:51

I actually had a good customer base, but then my CCs would also be made up with Team incentives. I won't say how much I have spent on incentives, it still makes my eyes water to this day.
I did also recruit regularly so I didn't have to buy mine. Not everyone is this lucky.

darceybussell · 25/04/2016 12:56

Have you already left then delurker? Did you already say how long you did it for?

confusedbot · 25/04/2016 12:58

My 4cc's are made up of customer sales, personal use (I do actually like the products), incentives to boost my team.

Relay20 · 25/04/2016 12:58

I PMed you delurker re the video.

Delurker2016 · 25/04/2016 12:59

I've left yes. I was in for around 10 months.

confusedbot · 25/04/2016 13:02

I haven't left yet I think I will stay retailing to regular customers for a bit of pocket money. I don't push the people already in my down line. I never have as I result they mainly retail too. I'm going to look into doing teaching!

Delurker2016 · 25/04/2016 13:04

The video is actually painful to watch.

confusedbot · 25/04/2016 13:04

Can we use initials?

Melaw21 · 25/04/2016 13:06

I think Its sensible to have an exit strategy confused providing it wont be costing you any more money to stay in xxx And if you can cope with a load of raucous prosecco drinking #bothuns (sorry... Flagrant generalisation) you can more than manage an unruly group of kids! 😂

Delurker2016 · 25/04/2016 13:09

I don't think so actually. No initials or nicknames. Which is a little ironic considering they teach the downline to have EVERYTHING public, so that people can watch you.
I find it interesting that many of the top bots have closed down their profiles security and aren't posting as much public anymore.
That age old saying, whilst you were pointing at other peoples closets, the skeletons fell out of yours.

Melaw21 · 25/04/2016 13:09

confused sadly not, but I can say johnny depp (also public figure) and that post will stay. Its daft, but thems the rules, we have worked our way around it somehow though... It must be a bit tricky for the non bot newbies to follow sometimes though.

confusedbot · 25/04/2016 13:11

Yes I'll quietly slip off as I do have friends who are FBO's and I know if I voiced my concerns it would push them deeper in. Hopefully I can keep those friends and eventually sway them.
