I've started this the absence of anyone else starting a thread on the subject and since the Chat thread will disappear in a month. Hope you think it's in the right place.

I'm still dithering which is annoying me. I've made a new e-mail - hope to get bank account this week. I keep looking at the different websites like Bonus Bagging and Profit Accumulator etc and can't decide between them. Put off by what Tawny said about Profit Maximiser and don't trust myself to do it without help so going for Bonus Bagging, i think.

Hi Tony,

Thanks for the advice.

The T and Cs are;

Sign up/play for the first time today and get a €/£ 10 bonus free – no deposit required.

How many times to I need to play my free offer before it becomes withdrawable cash?
This bonus carries a 40x wagering requirement. A sum equivalent to forty (40x) times the total of the bonus amount must be turned over on eligible games in Casino i.e. €/£10 x €/£40 = €/£400. (See 'What games can I play to turn my bonus into withdrawable cash?" below). The initial bonus amount of €/£10 is non-redeemable.

Game Weightings: What games can I play to turn my bonus into withdrawable cash?
The bonus amount must be wagered ten times (x40) on any eligible game before you may withdraw your winnings. Standard game weighting applies as per table below and a minimum of 10 games/spins is required.
You can use your bonus funds to play ANY game on the casino, the majority of which count towards the wagering requirements. Stakes on certain games do not count in full towards the wagering requirement - instead they have a % contribution as outlined below:

And then it has a massive list

I'm not going to lie, I can't fathom it at all!

@amazingamy09

Before I get into this, just want to say that I'm not saying you will win :)

You will need to play through £400 in order to withdraw any winnings/remaining bonus. Great Blue and Halloween Fortune are considered high variance, so have a bash at one of these. If you win big (you'll need to be very lucky), then switch to a less risky game to complete the wagering. Good Luck!

likeaZombie · 09/12/2016 18:24

Coral have sent me a £5 free on casino. What does 5 times wagering mean? Is there any way of making money from a bonus fiver at the casino?

Travelling3 · 09/12/2016 21:15

I wonder if anyone can help me as I don't understand the trickybet calculator. Whatever bet I put in it always shows a negative overall position. I have opened up my accounts and now have my free bets but can't seem to find the right bet to actually make any money. Am I being completely stupid? Thanks

tonymac84 · 12/12/2016 15:18

@likeaZombie it means you have to play through the bonus 5 times (i.e wager £25). It's not a bad bonus to be honest, check the T&C's to see which games are allowed and then choose something with high variance to try and win big. You can then switch to a more easygoing game to complete the wagering.

tonymac84 · 12/12/2016 15:20

@Travelling3 I'm happy to help if you're still stuck. I take it you have qualified for free bets and are now trying to turn them into cash?

Iamnotanugget · 13/12/2016 16:17

I've done some matched betting and made about £200. I think I understand how it works but I'm going for easy options. Can anyone point me in the direction of a guide for the casinos and bingo? Thanks Smile

tonymac84 · 14/12/2016 14:38

@Iamnotanugget I'm signed up to matchedbets.com and they have the lot there. By the sounds of it you have plenty more 'easy' ones to get through but there is advice on casino and bingo, if needed :)

Snowflake65 · 17/01/2017 11:00

Anyone still doing any matched betting? Having looked at my post xmas bank account I have decided to try again with it after losing my mojo last year.

tonymac84 · 17/01/2017 15:20

@Snowflake65 yep I'm still going. Have you had a dabble today?

Snowflake65 · 17/01/2017 16:01

I haven't had any offers for a while so I used up the forgotten few quid in my bookies accounts on some dummy bets to look like a regular punter in the hope that I will get some more offers.

tonymac84 · 19/01/2017 16:07

@Snowflake65 there's been over £50 in risk-free profit from the reload offers today and Thursday's tend to be quiet

Snowflake65 · 19/01/2017 16:59

How do you find out about reload offers? I haven't had any e-mails from the bookies that I have used. Is that where they come from? I'm a novice as you can tell...

tonymac84 · 20/01/2017 15:58

@Snowflake65 I just login and check the existing customer offers at MatchedBets. You can see which ones are for guaranteed profit and then below is the Expected Value (EV) of the advantage play offers.

Snowflake65 · 20/01/2017 17:19

Thanks Tony I'll check that site out, it's not one I have heard of

tonymac84 · 26/01/2017 14:16

No worries, let me know how you get on Smile

prettywhiteguitar · 07/02/2017 15:07

I've just started this today, I used to bet on the horses for fun, just 10p bets on my phone (and spread bet ) I think it was anyway, it was fun but nothing like this for actually making money.

I started using smarkets, save the student and matched betting blog. It's seems ok ! I have two bets on the football for tonight and will play the free bets tomorrow.

I have got about 2-3 hrs of free time during the day to do it and I'm just doing it to top up our finances, however I really like the idea and realistically it could replace me going back to work in a low paid job as I'd have to put dc into childcare and be left with £400 a month. If I can work at home and earn £400 then it would be much better for everyone. Is this realistic do you think ?

I would prefer to not wait for the bets like I am for the football, mainly cause I'm impatient! But is this the most failsafe way ? It seems betting on the casino is more risky in getting your money stuck ?

tonymac84 · 08/02/2017 16:02

@prettywhiteguitar well done for taking the plunge. The free time you have should be enough to smash your monthly target once you get up to speed. It is best to bet on something a few hours ahead to give yourself plenty of time and because the markets are less likely to fluctuate.

Have you got access to an oddsmatcher and matched betting calculator?

prettywhiteguitar · 09/02/2017 09:09

Yeah I'm on oddsmonkey and I use the matched betting blog calculator, I've made £27 profit off the two free bets from William hill and now doing a 4 free £5 bet today, so not big money but I'm finding my way !

prettywhiteguitar · 09/02/2017 09:11

I've actually got a one off job to do tomorrow so I've been preparing for that so once it's over I'm going to concentrate on this, dh is really into football and is finding it hilarious I'm finally interested!

prettywhiteguitar · 09/02/2017 10:01

Made my horse bets for today, should be up £45 in total from 3 hrs of time fumbling round finding my way. Considering I normally have to pay childcare and break my back gardening for £15p/h this is easy

tonymac84 · 09/02/2017 15:33

@prettywhiteguitar you'll get quicker with practice too. I look at it like this; it takes me roughly half an hour a day on average (sometimes less, sometimes more) and I generally hit £500 each month. That's over £30 per hour!

prettywhiteguitar · 09/02/2017 19:56

Well I had an eventful day ! My total now stands at £124

Bit gutted as lost my £50 free bet from Ladbrokes as it wasn't matched. Still I am really pleased and can do the horses which I genuinely have an interest in.

sammywhiteman · 09/03/2017 23:22

I hope that this may be of interest, but you can get a 1 month free premium membership of Yesbets. just google "student moneysaver yesbets" and you can do all the offers for free. Should be worth a lot over Cheltenham.

OreosOreosOreos · 14/03/2017 12:08

Has anyone done any Cheltenham offers? I've got a £20 money back if you loose for sky bets on the 1st race, but haven't down horses before (only dabbled a bit anyway), so am not confident I'd make the right choices!
