I know it's discouraged to return it too for a refund (ts & can give a return period for exiting FLbots) because the uplines will lose commission on whatever is returned by an exiting bot. I've seen posts where uplines took forever to sort out a return it was too late and even posts where the money back Guarantee is not for FBOs but customers buyin product only. It all looked a bit suspicious and certainly fails the distance selling rules and right to refuse when signing up to a new business like this.

Hmm just thought, Bot selling to friends is B2C so above link is relevant, but FL selling to distributors, distributors to distributors etc, would technically be B2B especially considering wholesale etc. Business contracts have a different set of regulations if memory serves me correctly

But if it's going through the bots 1cc personal product use is that a business cost or personal cost? It's really hard to tell.

If that product sale went through a ghost distributors account does that count as a standard sale or a business sale?
