I've had a lot of ideas Lastuser! So far with my Bot Watch FB page I've been posting on Bots' posts pointing out how what they've written is wrong and asking them to put it right. I've done it to three so far. Two have changed their posts and one has ignored me. I'm going to report the ignoring one to the ASA.

I am also posting good links from here onto the page. It is still new and not too interesting so I haven't given links here yet. Hopefully soon it will be full of info and evidence of lies.

I will also be PMing ex bots and ask them to post their experiences there as a warning. The page may then serve as a warning to potential victims.

I hadn't thought about PMing new bots and warning them. Good idea. I'll do that when the page has a bit more flesh on it.

I've just remembers when I was in uni, my god mother have me a gallon of aloe Vera gloop to cure me. Looking back she completely moved from one MLM to another! When we moved house and it was 5 years out of date I chucked it!

It seems quite common for bots to move from one MLM to another (and another) I wonder why? Do they genuinely believe the next will be 'the one.' ? It is worrying that they don't realise that it is the system that is the issue and not them.

Thanks Lastuser, I'll see if I can link to TV and the blog. Any other sites that might be of interest? I thought about putting a Bot Watch comment on TV pointing out an inaccuracy but thought that might make me look stupid and not understanding that it was satire!

If anyone sees a Bot putting out a message about their fantastic opportunity and loads of people responding, asking for more info, feel free to send me their FB name and I'll have a bash at prewarning them and linking to TV. I have seen a few sponsored posts doing this. With all the Bot trawling were doing, it won't be long before one of you gets one on your feed!

My bot is promoting her clean 9. She is on day 3. Lots of encouragement from her bot friends. She does the cleanse several times a year. What's the point? Weight yo yo lather rinse repeat. As soon as she finishes she goes back into bad eating habits. She tried to rope me in. I said no. Lots of talk for a long while about her dream house waiting for her. She had a really great job before this. Sad :(

Feel quite sorry for one of my BOTS, single mum on benefits, started selling juice plus to try to support herself, bit dim so didn't think to declare anywhere and has obviously pissed someone off so much that they've sobbed her in to housing benefit office. She's now under investigation and has barely turned over £1k

I'm still sniggering at 'touching the business'. I have a very small business making fabric things, as well as my normal job. I've been making things today for it. I guess I've been touching cloth!

Sorry to jump in on your thread but I've been watching with interest as I have a FL friend who's just about to switch from nice normal person into crazed seller I think.....she tried to sell me a clean 9 detox pack (for 100 pounds !!!!) And when I asked her what it actually was she described one of the tablets as 'natural speed'. Now my Facebook feed is full of enthusiastic posts about having lots of energy and feeling amazing, and I can't help but think what a ridiculously unhealthy message is company is selling. surely actual speed would be cheaper? plus, she keeps trawling my page and hitting on my friends and family. Have I lost her forever???

That's funny thenewwave as my bot is posting similar about tonnes of energy, jumping out of bed. Scripted?
