Still continuing the discussion of the various network marketing schemes or multi-level marketing schemes (MLMs) that people we know are involved in.

If you have an MLM bot of your own then join us and share their claims and content.

Or if you are researching a company before signing up to be a network marketer please take a look at the previous threads here and here and also this thread which delves deeper into the workings of MLMs.

And don't forget our very own MN MLM Timeless Vie!

To add in, that 12cc's goes down as you build to soaring manager

lastuseraccount123 · 27/12/2015 17:18

blog has had 1,222 visitors and over 3,440 views. we are definitely on an upward trajectory.

darceybussell · 27/12/2015 17:28

Do they require you to do a PHD in rocket science in order to understand the commission system? I assume part of the reason for it being so complex and having so many conditions is so that when you discover you haven't made any money and wonder why they can say it was because you didn't fulfil some random part of the cryptic criteria!

lastuseraccount123 · 27/12/2015 17:36

darcey that's exactly why.

lastuseraccount123 · 27/12/2015 17:37

the more we've learned, the more we've realised what a truly cynical scam it is. and it's hiding in plain sight.

FloralYums · 27/12/2015 17:38

Oh these people are the bane of my life!

I run a successful beauty group over on FB and I'm forever kicking these folk out. There's loads of them and they all send me long messages detailing how misguided I am etc etc

lastuseraccount123 · 27/12/2015 17:39

FUCKERS FUCKERS FUCKERS

lastuseraccount123 · 27/12/2015 17:40

floral care to share any? Grin we love shit like that

darceybussell · 27/12/2015 17:44

I know they are brainwashed, but to blatantly lie to their own mothers and friends and say they are making loads of money to get them to part with their own cash, no matter how brainwashed you are you MUST know that is wrong! They make me very angry.

FloralYums · 27/12/2015 17:52

Oh Christ there's loads of them. We've got over 4 thousand members now and my one rule from day one was no MLM sellers, although of course they're free to join. I have to say that some are really respectful and happily chat all things beauty and make up and don't push their products whereas others will pop up like a viral rash, on every thread, recommending the AMAZING 3D lashes or the Arbonne something or other.

I recently kicked out 'Younique By Nadia' even though she sent me REAMS of long winded messages, stating how she was different and wouldn't dream of speaking in memes...

Err, a quick squizz at her FB page revealed a different tale Grin

lastuseraccount123 · 27/12/2015 18:08

lol. well, if you have time to screenshot any gems we'd love to see them.

Libitina · 27/12/2015 19:46

FloralYums

Mrs Gloss? If it is you, can I just say, you've cost me a fortune since joining, lol!

FloralYums · 27/12/2015 20:50

Oh hello Smile that's what I like to hear - although of course I don't sell anything myself. Merely enable people and introduce them to nice companies of course..

The Bots in there just grow and grow though but if you're a member then you'll know I come down hard on it. I find it fascinating though and it often crosses my mind to infiltrate one of them just to get a definitive answer on exactly how they operate

Libitina · 27/12/2015 20:59

They think they're being clever but they're usually very obvious.

IAmNotDarling · 27/12/2015 21:15

Me too!!!

ray and gimlet I suspect a few of those cheques go towards paying off debt accrued from buying their CCs to top up and get the commission/manager status?

Yes ray, that is a LOT of product to shit every month. On previous threads the CC was estimated to be around £50 after getting info from other sources but that amount is ridiculous.

bettyberry · 27/12/2015 21:57

lib OMG oops hahaha, Yes, with all that aloe and Clean9 many many .... yeah.

whattheactualfook ha! I have just seen that on my Bots page too. Also noticed she was posting on xmas day!! who 'works' on xmas day??

CheekySmile · 27/12/2015 22:13

Ahahahaha my bot wants us all to bear with her while she makes her way through all the business enquiries she's had over the 'holiday period'. I wonder where all her enquiries have come from as its like tumbleweed on her FB page, no likes or comments at all on her posts for a couple of months.

She's due back to work in May after her year's maternity leave. She was talking earlier in the year about now having 'options' due to FL and hinting at not going back, so it will be interesting to see what decision she makes.

Can someone explain what a CC is to me? Sorry I'm a bit slow on the uptake. And I'd like to share this gem that I've just spotted on a grateful recipients FB page!

betty TV and the VieStars worked Christmas Day at our celebrate and cheer rally Wink. My Christmas Day comment didn't get that much traction. FB is so hit or miss. I suppose that's to drive you to pay for sponsored content.

My lawyer bot has just bought a huge house. I expect that's what's behind the brainwashing. She's financially vulnerable, and on mat leave of course.

bettyberry · 28/12/2015 01:04

haha I did see the post lazy but thats more fun right?

lazycoo · 28/12/2015 09:37

Oh definitely, was just being silly betty Grin! I didn't see my bots working on Christmas Day actually. Slackers. Maybe something is sacred after all.
