Still continuing the discussion of the various network marketing schemes or multi-level marketing schemes (MLMs) that people we know are involved in.

If you have an MLM bot of your own then join us and share their claims and content.

Or if you are researching a company before signing up to be a network marketer please take a look at the previous threads here and here and also this thread which delves deeper into the workings of MLMs.

And don't forget our very own MN MLM Timeless Vie!

lazycoo - As you should know, in general, I don't think in terms of FB pages. That's what you guys are good at. All lastuseraccount123 had to do was politely ask me to post these links on my Blog instead of getting all shirty over nothing.

Where do you think on my Blog a link to your TV FB page would be most helpful?

lazycoo · 11/01/2016 20:44

I'm not sure. The way your blog displays on my phone is the articles in reverse chronological order. Can you embed links at the top? If not perhaps you could do an article on how awareness is being raised in chatrooms and point to these threads? Also pointing to the TV FB page please?

Eyespying · 11/01/2016 21:00

lazycoo Confession. When I first created my Blog, I was advised by a computer-savvy friend, not to embed links to other Blogs and Sites, because it was potentially dangerous. On his advice, I've always posted links to relevant articles, videos, documents, Sites, etc., in the text of my articles.

Bear in mind I'm still not what you would call computer-savvy and I really don't know what actual difference it makes, but I've stuck to my friend's advice.

I 'm now thinking of posting a link to MN (and to the TV FB page) when I publish my next whistleblower article. Hopefully, this is going to attract a huge readership all around the world.

Like I did on the other thread (and you so rightly pointed out), lastuseraccount123 seems only to have got the tone wrong.

lazycoo · 11/01/2016 21:08

It has felt slightly one-sided in terms of support up. I'm delighted that you will send some publicity our way. Thank you.

Why did you ask me where it would be most helpful to put a link to TV when you were not going to link to it?

Eyespying · 11/01/2016 21:17

lazycoo - I forgot to mention, from experience, if I write an isolated article on something like chat rooms and 'MLM,' it will probaly only attract a small readership. Hovever, since there is very little independent research and analysis of 'FLP' available on the Net., my main 'FLP' article currently brings in 500-1000 page views per week and has clocked up approximately 120 000 page views in total.

The best thing to do would be to insert a new introduction to this ever-popular article containing the whistleblower's story and polish up the rest. The new article could then include information about the important role the MN threads have been playing.

Eyespying · 11/01/2016 21:28

'Why did you ask me where it would be most helpful to put a link to TV when you were not going to link to it?'

When it comes to the Internet we have a language / communication problem. When I said that, I was wanting to know in which article you thought it was best for me to direct my readers to the MN threads and pages.

But I think I've just answered my own question

I consider the MN threads, and pages, to be the most significant evidence ever to come to light of what a growing number of everyday British people are witnessing, and actually think about 'MLM' racketeering.

I shall use the above phrase in whatever I publish.

lazycoo · 11/01/2016 21:30

That's great, I look forward to reading it!

lastuseraccount123 · 11/01/2016 21:37

me too Grin

fwiw, i see every day that people click on the links to other blogs from the TV blog, so I know there is a (smallish) amount of traffic going to your blog, the pink truth, to the PDF book about MLMs, etc.

Eyespying · 11/01/2016 21:47

lazycoo Thanks.

By the way, I see you were puzzled when a valued member, Annie65 left the other thread. Annie was one of several members who were kind enough to take the trouble to thank me for my contributions on MN.

On the other thread these members were then denigrated (as a group) as my 'fan club,' and ordered to shut their pieholes, merely for regretting the way the threads again split.

lastuseraccount123 really has got very carried away this evening.

Eyespying · 11/01/2016 21:50

lastuseraccount123 Many thanks and no hard feelings, but I think an apology to Annie65 is in order.

lastuseraccount123 · 11/01/2016 21:52

ha ha, whatever, eyes.

Eyespying · 11/01/2016 22:27

lastuseraccount123- If nothing else this evening, you have succeeded in creating yet another thread - the one that your credibility is now dangling by.

lastuseraccount123 · 11/01/2016 22:42

Grin you're welcome

Bovnydazzler · 12/01/2016 05:46

Enough infighting already. It's not helping, as well as being credible and knowing your shiz, being likeable is also important to win over hearts and minds.

eye you're doing some brilliant work, that's indisputable. last I understand the annoyance of having to set up yet another thread (there was already this one which eye took over) http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/legalmoneyy_matters/2446930-FL-MLM-Thread-3 but got to let it go now :)

Eyespying · 12/01/2016 08:46

Bonvydazzler Thanks for your kind appreciation and words of wisdom.

You have to remember that I have been doing what I do for a long time now, and I am not used to encountering such a significant group of feisty people who see this problem clearly and who want to do something (indeed have already done plenty) to try to expose it.

It would also help quite a lot, if more Bot-Watchers contacted me directly and explained who they are. Many thanks to the few who already have.

With the notable exception of 'MLM' racketeers and their propagandists, I have always guaranteed absolute anonymity to everyone contacting me.

Toobusytowee · 12/01/2016 09:29

I have followed up my email to Cosmo magazine. The Editor thinks a story about someone losing everything through one of these MLMs would make a good story. However; they have already commissioned an article on healthcare and debt and they feel the two stories would be too similar. They suggested trying another magazine.

Eyespying · 12/01/2016 09:46

Toobusytowee - Thanks for the update. I have contact with someone at a major UK national newspaper who has already covered an 'MLM' story. I can give you his contact details? I'm going to be speaking to him about the 'FLP' whistleblower. I've already mentioned these MN threads, but he wanted contact details of victims and was even prepared to offer anonymity to them.

darceybussell · 12/01/2016 11:33

Did you say your whistleblower was prepared to be named Eyes? Are we going to find out whose husband he was?

Eyespying · 12/01/2016 12:05

darceybussell - Rest assured, all names will be named.

What I can say now is that, guided by her own 'Upline' handlers, the 'FLP' shill in question lied to, and manipulated, her ex-husband for 6 years. He continued financing her scrpted-pretence of 'success,' with money from his own real business, genuinely believing that he was investing in both their futures. He remains concerned for his ex-wife's safety and sanity. He has told me that his ex-wife had been hiding around £350 000 of debts, but that was around 3 years ago.

The whistleblower is a brave and honest man, who is not seeking personal revenge or compensation. He wants to put a stop to the 'FLP' racket in the UK and elsewhere, because he realises just how evil it is.

Sadly, the same tragicomic stories are lurking behind 'MLM' shills all around the globe.

Rudechoob · 12/01/2016 12:17

Has anyone seen the coops latest vid on FB? About being on the force and didn't have this much fun? Making a mockery of the police force. Disgusting parasites. All if them.

Looks like this thread is about to hit its limit. I'm assuming the serious discussion will continue back on the MLM / FL thread 3?

dreich · 12/01/2016 12:34
