A letter from concentrix or HMRC part 6

Have you had a letter from concentrix or HRMC about another adult living at your address,letters querying child care etc,please post your experiences on this thread so we can support and help each other.

Morning ladies, nearly the dreaded time. I got my letter this morning saying all closed with concentrix no changes (i know that she did it on phone but nice to have in black and white) now just waiting for the budget, so worried about this. All they want is the fat cats richer and us poorer for their benifit.

Morning Guys, I have been trying to call Concentrix all morning and its constantly engaged? no options at all. Does anyone else have this problem as its driving me crazy. Its not been nearly 6 weeks since i sent my Info to them and other than them telling me its been scanned in i haven't heard a thing.

Just keep trying or maybe ring HMRC to see if they have any news on your renewal, might give you an indication as to whether concentrix checks have been completed or not?

Thanks Mel. I called HMRC yesterday and they said i had to call concentrix. I thought Great!!! I am getting concerned as i havent heard anything and i have read a few people have had there payments stop as they didn't send all the information in as requested. I am sure i sent everything in but my mind has started getting me paranoid that id didn't.

Hey girls confused still waiting for descion from
Concentrix only got my docs 2 weeks ago. This morning I got 2 letters from hmrc provisional tax credits for last year and this year and final award for year ending 2014 says this is a provisional award not final award did anyone else get this while eating for descion from concentrix

I can't get through to them but am due to be paid on Friday and I guess I will know that day if my payments have gone up or done. They did cut down my child tax credit and working tax credit from April by 50 pound a month due to my income being 300 pound more compared to 13-14. I don't think I have over claimed on my childcare. If they are up to the 9th June I guess my has been done already cause my stuff were signed on the 8th june.

I was just on hold to Concentrix for 50 minutes! Finally got through... I sent them my childcare info in March. Apparently it has only just been scanned, and the case hasn't even been looked at yet Hmm

Omg! Can't believe it, they've closed my case over the phone too. I've not recd any money since last JSA payment June 10th as started new job and won't get wage until July 28th!!!! Said I've to ignore another letter they have sent out. My docs were signed on the 8th June.
I asked him twice to confirm as bit worried about letter they sending out, has anyone else been told to disregard this letter and things worked out OK? For the record, I didn't send any bank statements as asked as I didn't want to send them so I've been very worried.
Anyone know when I should ring HMRC now?
Guys.... You have to ring, I think if you ring, they close your case!

no i git it it in april when i rang with p60 details, she told me wud take upto 8wks, i got lettr may from concentrix all sorted and recieved letter saturday gone to say case closed, got my documents yesterday back but as yet no final reward

I finally got through and the man looked at my documents and said he will go through it now and i should get a letter next week. It has just occurred to me there may be a little problem. I am paying my nursery £500 a month fees which is what shows on my bank statements i sent in but my fees are actually £450 a month. I missed a few payments and agreed with my nursery i would pay £50 extra each month to make this up. this shows i am paying the nursery more than my actual fees. Does anyone think this will cause an issue with Concentrix???
