A letter from concentrix or HMRC part 6

Have you had a letter from concentrix or HRMC about another adult living at your address,letters querying child care etc,please post your experiences on this thread so we can support and help each other.

alexa15 my is childcare, I don't know what to say on the phone when I call them????????????????????

Jonny id ring tomorrow or friday..we all know how slow they r..but defo get em to do it on phone there and then

No alexa I got an extra £5 with my normal payment today and from next week will go down by 14p.
you could try calling hmrc tomorrow or Friday x

12fedup12..man said it will b on hmrcs system in 48 hours so i should leave it till monday rea?ly otherwise ill be stressing if they cant c it on system or if theres no payment schedule

Well give them a ring tomorrow missE84..and just say youve been waiting 4 weeks and want to know if your docs are on the system.if they are, ask if they will deal with it whilst you are on the phone hun. Good luck chick

Good news alexa thanx for posting date they were uo to mine are the 11th n 12th june ,its tempting to ring but im going to see if anyone posts tomorrow if theirs were signed for on the 10th and there scanned, budget was totally disgusting , weve got four kids too, to me they are trying to force both parents to work or too increase hours thought they wanted to end child povety yet we will be all worse off !!

mine was dealt with the 16th june recied letter saturday from concentrix ta say case closed not had award notice as yet

No Babylan as it will only apply to children born after a certain date in 2017

Smokie have u rung hmrc about your award notice

Said award finalised and letter going out but haven't received new award yet

But hmrc did give me . my new payment schedule on the phone

Aww good!!defently having no more!! There will probably be loads of babies born within the next year! Lol. Am still waiting on my documents and award notice!

well apperently(just rang hmrc) was finalisd 24th june and award notice canvtake uoto 8 wks too arrive!!!! but should be sooner

did give me payments recieving and since april with recent deductiins its gone down 11 quid a wk

thats what i said, i asked why as been giin on since april as thats when i gave p60 details plus change of job, then rec lettr from concentrix sent all docs back end may, told 13th may could take upto 8 wks on txt(befor con lettr) then went in system 16th june, finalisd 24th june, rec lettr 4th july case closd, documents back yesterday, now told upto 8 wks for final award notice.. what a joke. expecially for thise that need it ,
