Haven't rang Zola. Didn't think much point after the lies they told
You yesterday. It could be a fortnight before ours are on. Not even on 5th yet. They will only lie. Waiting to see
If anyone gets further news today to see if worth phoning tomorrow..

Just got off the phone to them. They haven't even scanned my documents yet even though my deadline was the 20th June.

I sent them way before that. I'm hoping my payment goes in on Friday or I'm screwed.

At first they said they hasn't reviewed my documents until I explained that I had sent them recorded. He checked on his system and then said they had reviewed them.

Make sure you send your paperwork recorded

Well I phoned back to hmrc numb mouth and all!! And got someone who did have a clue!! And that money is mine!! So happy. So relived!! Best news I've had in a long time. I can finally buy stuff!!

My pubes u have a long weight if they signed for yours on the 17th of june they are only scanning on the 5ths so far mine was scanned on the 5th and by the look of things there taking a week 2 scan a days worth of post

All we know for sure is that last Tuesday they were up to scanning on mail received from the 2nd as that's when baby's went on. Other than that who know's what date they are really up to!

Dnt think il ring Zola. It's an hour holding only to be lied to. 12fedup is 5th and still not on. God if it's a week to one day of paperwork we could be looking at another 2 to 3 weeks of this. So unfair. Holidays are going to be ruined. ????has anyone got talking to HMRC to complain about length of time it's taking ?? Wondering if it's worth ringing them instead !

They still haven't got the 5 and they take post on Saturday 6 June so another few days before us Zola.

Got told this morning was going to raise it with a team leader to locate my mail but we all know that's rubbish as been told before can't do nothing because of back log!

I have had all my documents (childcare) back for ages, at least 3 weeks but have still not heard a thing from them Confused I know I probably should ring them but there doesn't seem much point as they don't seem to know their arse from the elbows!!

Heard of someone ystd whose TC had gone down by £100 a week despite all the childcare evidence she had sent in Sad

Still can't believe the press haven't picked up on this, it is a national scandal they way we are all being treated. Makes me wonder how the Tories are keeping it all so quiet about whats really going on, I seriously can not believe anyone voted for them - this is such a predictable outcome of a Conservative Government Angry

It's draining having it hanging over us. It's fine saying dnt worry but what if, due to the backlog paperwork gets lost. If we dnt ring we wouldn't find out until
Our payments had stopped. It's ridiculous the way it's handled. Their mail room is a shambles.
I won't stop worrying until I know they have my stuff scanned. That's all id like to know. Hardly unreasonable
