It doesn't say hmrc it says working tax credit!! Am so confused!? Will I go to bank

Does concentrix have permission to issue payments after checks are completed? I would ring them. Maybe they haven't updated the information for HMRC. Wouldn't surprise me 1 but given how incompetent they are!

Another thing. Is the money actually cleared I.e showing on your balance? Could it be an error and although showing not on your balance, if you get what I mean?

I wouldn't spend it until you know where it has come from! You should get a renewal if it is money form HMRC in the next week. Is there an account number any digits? Maybe try googling it to see if you can find out where it came from?!

I've just completed my renewal on the phone to the hmrc
Even though Concentrix are investigating me.

Last time they wouldn't allow this.

Aye its definitely in my account!! I've checked loads!! Really don't want to phone concentrix again!! But maybe I'll have to! So confused!! Its a lot of money bit hmrc really hadn't a clue what I was talking about!! He said the only payment I have is the one for tomorrow!!

All it says on statement is bac payment. Working tax credit!!! So that must be hmrc? My husband going to bank now to see if he can find anything out before I ring back to hmrc

Baby i would ring back as the person you got before may not have a clue, also if concentrix finalise your renewal they might issue payment then return file to hmrc which may take a few days so is possible hmrc dont see it yet.

I thought Concentrix couldn't do payments only refer back to HMRC ?

Baby or may well be that when Concentrix sent your renewal to HMRC it all updates on computer so works out automatically payments and what you are owed. You probably got someone half asleep who couldn't be bothered checking
