I got my June payment as usual (monthly payment) - would be great if that is it case closed!!

I would be amazed if they have saved the Government any money my guess is Concentrix have spent much more than they will make on this whole fiasco.

Some say they make your decision on day it's scanned. If it's 3 weeks ago id say you were fine :) just wish they would hurry up for the rest of us.

Chrissy I'm the same just want to know where all my documents are sick of getting told there's a backlog it's not good enough!

I phoned my payroll up they are going to sent me duplicates of all the payslips I sent to concentrix they can give a replacement p 60 but can print off all the information in it into a letter for me

mine were received 20th may and scanned 27th, then they looked at my case 12th and 13th june and a final decision was made 15th June, HMRC then processed my renewal 17th June.

This is a joke. They let you hold so long. Most phones let you have 60 mins free but that is only if call is completed. If you go over 60 mins you are charged for the whole call. My bill is going to be huge. Bunch of incompetent wankers.

Oh no chrissy! They are a flipping joke!
I have got payroll printing duplicate payslips for to replace the ones I sent them as I don't think I will ever see them again, they can't print a new p60 but can put all details from my p60 in a letter so at least I will have my prove of earnings again!
