i even said .. are you not posting from lancing? yet i post takes 1 day and your post is taking wks too return, is a pigeon bringing them, iv done a formal complaint with hmrc got a written to do so will prob do that today as me day off, im mortified

Well I checked my bank this morning as I do every morning!! I've over 2 thousand from working tax!!! Wtf. I knew they had underpayed me a bit but dear gawd that is lot of money!! So hmrc is obviously on the ball when concentrix finishes their checks. Am going to ring to see why they have paid me so much. Am not due my money till tomorrow

Its awful i really want to ring again today lol, its like a drug. Well done baby that means they are actually taking note of underpayments so others wont need to worry. How long after concentrix looked at your case was HMRC sorted?

i dnt know as concentrix told me it was scanned on 16th june and paperwork sent back and hmrc told me yesterday it was on the 24th june

iv had paperment today as well and dnt get payd till friday

I know that's how I feel efergie I am addicted to calling, just want to know when my documents will be scanned, especially after everyone got told something different yesterday!

So hopefully a week after concentrix finishes, i just want it over with now. Its so draining

If you have time this morning efergie go for it might as well ring won't find out anything otherwise

mines took 7 wks since sent info off without including when renewed with hmrc over phone but cnt remember date did that

I just want to be able to sleep again and not spend all day worrying and stressed!

must been earli as i got txt from hmrc 13th may sayin can take upto 8wks so prob another three on top

Thank you smokie, hope you get your docs soon. I hate the idea some "other" company has ALL our data/docs. You here all the time of so and so looses documents ect. I seriously hope its secure as they could copy anything for their own use. ID theif is a serious worry.

Ok ladies I couldn't help myself I was on hold since 8am and no documents still not on system, told takes 2 - 3 weeks to which I said well you have had them over 3 weeks now, was told will raise this with team leader to try and locate documents, think some of us have heard that before!
I told her on phone what I had sent and what was in the letters I sent she said that should be fine

Hay!!! Can anyone help hmrc are saying they DIDNT issue that money!!!!! Wtf! It says on bank online working tax credit!! What do I do now?!
