I sent my documents recorded delivery signed for on the 8th by the same person that signed for Chrissy4321 at the same time as well Jonny82 and Chrissy4321 they said for me to wait they are still scanning

If they said that Zola I would think they must that they are in the mailing room just mixed in with other post. Hardly fair on you. Shambles of a company. Makes me so cross. I'm even wondering if what I was told was even true. Tempted to ring and double check but il maybe leave it to next week and ring hmrc :( x if they said they are still scanning they won't stop

Just phoned again and they said there still on the 5th and 6th and maybe Chrissy4321 post was put onto the 6th by mistake

I was gona ring up Zola coz mine were signed on 8th too but now u said they still on 5th and 6th I ain't gona bother ... Just going to wait till next week .. Don't be upset Hun whatever's gona happen will happen stressing and crying won't make it any better just enjoy these last stages of your pregnancy as the time gone won't come back .. Hopefully everything will work out for you ..

Sone people from concentrix are saying that there up to the 8th or 9th but the manage and the call worker I spoke to today said there up to 6th but Chrissy4321 has hd hers done and she was on the 8th fedup12345 so ring and see what they say to u hun

I've just rung and mine were on system and she closed my case there and then. Mine were signed for on the 8th so I'd get back on to them zola. You've got the proof that they received your documents so make them find them - might be that you just got someone on the phone who couldn't be bothered to check and said they're only up to the 6th to get you off the phone

zola you have proof it's been signed for so they shouldn't stop your money. So try not to worry.

The more I read these comments the more I believe they don't do anything until you ring then check to see if it is scanned and then try to sort it on the phone. So I know it costs a fortune but it is worth keep trying to ring them.

Also regards p60 your employer can get copies. I got mine to get a copy as concentrix hsve had mine for 5 weeks!

My payroll couldn't give me a duplicate of my p 60 but they are able to print off a copy all the information contained in it.
I have requested duplicates of all the payslips I sent and my p 60 info as I worried I wouldn't get this back from them.

Chrispy . Indeed! Probably because they are so back logged. So dealing with you when you call! I think some people on here have complained to hmrc about cost of calls and some have received compensation. I've spent about £15 on calls...some a lot more! Also on top is the cost of copying statements and postage. We receive the benefit because we are entitled to it yet hsve had to find this extra money for checks by this totally inadequate company! Hmrc should stick to doing it them selves. Intrestingly the majority of the people commenting on herr who have had the checks sorted have just had case closed. So can't see them making much profit!!

Zola. Its down to them to find them. Keep on to them and then claim the cost of the calls back as you did what you were asked.

Just spoke to my boss he does not have a copy of my p60 so if they have lost I am screwed o don't what way to turn hmrc don't reissue them I spoke to them earlier I'm screwed
