They don't seem to update their departments. Sending out 2nd letters after being told case was closed ??? Suppose I won't be sure and happy it's over until I get it in writing. Anyone know how long they wait before getting letter when they close your case ?

I think baby's was a week.

However I know it's done because I phoned hmrc and my renewal was finalised the next day and I was given my payment amounts x

I'm not sure what date mine were scanned in 12fedup12 but they were returned by signed for post & the letter with them was dated 25may . I sent a years worth of childcare invoices , plus all the calculations they asked for . It's just frustrating that they've had so long & seem to have done nothing! Zolabud that's must be really frustrating , have you copies of what you sent them?

Oh no Zola. I just don't know with this crowd. I'm even doubting whether to be relieved or not. They seem to be a law of their own and tell people whatever. Did u give tracking number again ! xx

Yes mine was signed for on the 8th

Chrissy phone hmrc on Monday or Tuesday and see if renewal is finalised. That way you know it has definitely been closed x

I would ring back I was told they were on the 9th Zola. You may well have got someone who just couldn't be bothered. They don't care about people. They have done the 8th. They were reading stuff off mine. How could they if they were only on 6 or 7. Liars and absolute joke of a company. X

I have no copies they have my orignal p60 my payments are gonna stop soon I'm giving birth in 3 weeks I can't believe they are doing this to me I can't carry on feeling like this

I spoke to a manager he said there scanning 6th n 7th but they have done yours Chrissy4321 they have lost mine I know it I have no way of proving it they have lost them

I panicked a bit after zolas post. Payment isn't due in to end of week. I dnt think I could wait. 12fedup12 if they said case closed today I assume it would take until Monday to update system or being a weekend do you think Tuesday. I should be relieved but back to worry again. This company have a lot to answer for.... X

Definately lies Zola. They read transactions of my bank statement and mine was signed for at the same time and by same person as yours. So unless their mail room is a complete shambles and its pick and mix with post !!surely the manager could've looked at your case and checked with your work to save you more stress with your pregnancy.X

Did you send recorded delivery zola and got a signature ?

Have they told you to resend Zola or told
You to wait they are still scanning. If that's the case they won't stop
Your money. And as u have tracking number they can't. It may well be they arnt scanning in order like we thought. There mail room must be huge with the amount of letters they have sent :( x
