Not on yet. He said up to 9th so should be Monday he also said if it would have been on he would have done it for me and closed the case there and then after I told him what I had sent .

Feel bit gutted tbh.

Update: mine are scanned on and they were signed for on 8. I got through they put me on hold to review paperwork and then closed my case
:) so almost 4 weeks. Hopefully get my stuff back next week. Hope everyone gets good news ringing today X

40 mins on hold

Hi, I've been following this thread since I got my first letter on 16 May (another adult living at my address), sent all info asked for by special delivery on 31 May, signed for on 1 June, deadline 10 June. Phoned on 15 June re change of circumstances (child has left school, going to college in August), no info on system. Received second letter 2 July asking for same info as before as well as credit card, store card statements, child maintenance agreements, documentation from Home Office???????????????? Phoned same day, on hold for 1 hour 6 mins, told them I could not send same info as they already had it and couldn't get a years worth of other statements as I do everything online and they don't go back a year, never even got to Home Office part, said he could see from first set of bank statements that I wasn't financially dependant on anyone and closed my case there and then. Said I would receive a letter shortly confirming this, won't fully settle till it arrives.

Thanks to everyone for posting their stories, the advice given has been most helpful during these past few weeks.
