Just been to midwifes there inducing me in 3 weeks time due to my low iron levels and high blood pressure. Blaming the high blood pressure on concentrix they need to hurry up and get to the 8th of june asap I can believe this ill be a moth early for my baby

well i cnt believe it... i actually got a letter from concentrix..the first since the "dreaded letter" but still not my documents.. bendy iv only ever rang id day maybe 4 times but not to enquire if sent enuf info or about the claim as there can investigate as much as there like, no iv rang too request when is my documents been returned as the have confidential info . i cudnt care less about anything apart from that i have a child from out of care whom i have permenently and have sent info regarding him

and not forgetting a full yrs bank statements with not just my details on but my sons account num and my sisters account num is on them when transferd funds and if was too get in the wrong hands.. well need i say more.. there useless the lot of them there have had my paperwork since 29th may and lost them

The way i see it my biggest fear is/was that they have our documents (enough to commit id fraud) in a private companys basement or wherever, being scanned in by anybody that is not working for HMRC so until i get them back yes ill call and harrass them, my case as of yesterday is closed and renewal done but i wont be happy till i have my docs back safely. The gov agencies dont exactly have a clean past when it comes to not loosing data.

Well I'm on hold. I had a letter from them on the 29th April, sent everything off they asked for, i then got my documents back on the 8th may. Then I received another letter in the 8th June asking for all the same documents I had already sent. I sent another letter on the 9th June asking if i really needed to send information again or if it was a mistake, today another letter saying they have amended my award as I did not reply to the last letter. I can see they signed for my letters, so now waiting for them to pick up the phone...

Girls please remember they don't seem to have a clue what they're doing I'm dealing with HRMC not concentrix I applied online to make a new claim for my new address they emailed back telling me I can't apply as I'm already claiming tax credits!! Errrrm no I'm not they stopped my payments on 26 th march n I'm definitely not getting them.its a complete shambles from start to finish!

it makes you wonder who the hell their employ doesnt it, i havent even had mine returned too me and there have had them since 29th may and my case is closed

I has a letter at the end of May for my childcare costs, I got the relevant documents and sent them off on 1st June. I have called 6 times (each 1 hour on hold) and i was being told the had not received them until i called yesterday. I have had my Date extended twice. I have now been told it will take up to 4 weeks for the claim to be finished!! its driving me insane. People say there is nothing to worry about if you haven't done anything wrong but this is not the case. If they stop my monies then i have to quit working and tbh i would probably be better off but i would have the Jobcentre onto me to get a job. Since i received the latter from them my life has been hell with worry. What if i ticked the wrong box by mistake, what if i read the question wrong. I feel i am being quizzed and targeted just for being a single working Mother. Its horrendous!!

What kind of check was it? Did they say why it is going to take so long now that they have recieved the information they requested? Is it just down to the backlog they have or because of the nature of the check they are doing?

it is horrendous when i recieved my letter i immediately rang them, i stated who lived here, the bloke said not too worry just send info and highlight bills on accounts, i even sent accounts for social services payments as have a child under a guardianship, he also stated there have done enquiries for yrs... i had nothing too wirry about but have rang and each time to enquire if recieved as not sent recorded and when will recieve them back, never rang too enquire if payments would carry on as thought will cross that bridge if when happens.. there havent even had the decency to write to say recieved them infact there has been nothing from them from recieving my info till today to state no amendments to my reward and it has closed . still no docs back, i have however made a complaint to hmrc via phone and written. the way your treat is appalling with no concrete evidence to back them selves up at accusation thrown at yourselves

Its was a check for my childcare costs. They haven't said why it's taking so long just that it was scanned on the system yesterday. I presume there is a backlog as they have sent so any letters out. They have all the Nursery details etc so it would have been alot quicker for them to just pick up the phone and call the nursery direct to confirm the fees, rather than everyone having to try and get all paperwork etc to them. The service is horrendous and so slow and hard to get any information at all

that would be far too easy for them,bunch if incompetent idiots their are.. cnt believe their have mislaid my info. safeguard a child and their lose info regarding that child

Was on hold for 1 hour and 7 minutes, a gentleman was looking into what was going on and then the phone went dead. On hold again..,

Oh beckyjj that's awful as soon as they realise you sent the info and letter both recorded ? Then insist they start you're payments if not ask to speak to a manager

I never sent mine recorded as i didn't realise all this was happening at the time and I work full time so i was worried about missing work to get to the post office. I think they are working through the ones which was sent recorded first as people have proof they have received it. Well that's my theory anyway. When i called HMRC originally before all this drama began they told me my claim would be complete by 8th July but Concentrix have said another 4 weeks. I guess its just the waiting game again. I also think its horrendous of the call wait times and we should have an 0800 number to call from.

Thanks for the info this morning efergie was so glad to be told by hmrc that my renewal had just been completed this morning and a letter will be sent today

I really don't think the Man at Concentrix had any idea what was going with my case and thought it would be easier to put the phone down. Still on hold been 15 mins.
