Louby when did they sign for your documents, deffo call in the morning and let's us know how you get on, if your documents are in the system ask them to look at them x

I will fedup, they signed for mine on 29th May! I will update tomorrow...

recieved my documents the 28th may loubylou76, mines been scanned dealt with so yours should have been, give them ring and chek ya bank see if you have had payment as i had one yesterday

Smokie, your dates are the Same as mine then, mine was 29th may. I get mine paid weekly & they've still been going in but every week it's a worry that they might not. I will definitely ring tomorrow & post an update..x

my deadline was the 18th june still got payd every wk and had one off payment yesterday. yours defo should be on as mine is done and sorted and there recieved it the 29th, let me know

i get mine wkly loubylou, i rang hmrc monday as concentrix had told me the 16th june was on system and paper work returned, i rang hmrc monday after chasing docs up with concentrix who basically lied about returning now saying lost, so made complaint formal and written, when checked bank yesterday was a payment from them. mines closd so yours should be

my normal pay day is a friday

let us know how you get on when you phone. Don't worry that you have sent too much. I just wish I hadn't bothered sending my p60, contract and a additional letter from my employer I sent all those items separately via first class, they weren't on the system and my case was closed using my payslips and a letter from 2013 changing my contact hours.

Just rung HMRC and the renewal is done, she told me amounts and stuff so fed if you want you can ring, no wait time, it was lovely lol

Smokie I've been on hold for 1 hour & 5 minutes now lol. If I get cut off I will ring hmrc but I don't want to hang up now after waiting!!

Smokie19 where they able to close yours over the phone ? Being single person check or did they write out?

Omg I got through!!! Well, they said my documents had been scanned on 13th June, all dealt with & no changes to be made. "Compliance checks satisfactory" wtf! I asked when I would get my documents back & they said I will have a "closure letter" & all paperwork back in a "couple of days" won't hold my breath for that!
Am feeling relieved though but I still want it in black & white! God what s stressful 5 weeks this has been.

when ivrang the 16th he said was in system and akl lookd fine and to ring hmrc in few days which i did, hmrc said figures wud be getting as of 19th may, i got a payment from them on tues but still no award or my documents back

brill louby, dnt hold ya breath on recieveing any lettrs or ya paperwork... im still waiting from the 16th!!! but glad its sorted it was stressfull

I think they make the dates up as they go along! It's disgraceful how they have treated people with this.... I wonder if we will all get this again next year.
