Seems it depends on who we get as our caseworker. Some get closed on day yet they make others wait: hardly a fair system. Zola they have taken 2 weeks to get here so id say it will be another 2 weeks for us to get any news. :(

Jellybean, that's why I can't face ringing them anymore....it's soul-destroying isn't it?

Agreed Chrissy4321 just seeing if this manager does ring me bk today don't know if I can go another 2 weeks with out knowing anything

It's ridiculous but shows from another post HMRC dnt care and won't do anything just keep referring us back to these senseless jokers. Saves them doing a job suppose!! We will see if 12fedup is on and if so at least it's moving forward slowly. Over a week for scanning one day of post shows how many letters have been sent. I'm surprised they haven't overloaded and fried their computer systems !!

I know Chrissy4321 I just want to put this all behind me so I can enjoy the last few weeks of ny preganacy with out the stress.The manager I spoke to this morning took my earnings and worked it out that I will be fine just can't finalise it without these payments and seemed really genuine but still don't hold much hope for him ringing back.

Won't be home from work till 3 but once I speak to them will update everyone

Girlie friend why did they deduct £100 a week for someone who sent in all thre childcare receipts that's a bloody joke £100 a week is too much mine were signed for on 8th June and renewed well before then still not heard anything from either my deadline was 21.6

Same date as me fedup12345 will be at least another week before they start scanning the post they got on the 8th mate

well i a nt had my docs back and there have had them since 29th may.. its a joke

So much about staying on letter will be all sorted within 10 days what a joke hopefully not long now Zola. This has taken over our lives

Fedup12345 between 1 and 2 weeks I think it's take nearly 2 weeks to scan 1 days post according to concentrix

Right ladies finally have some news the the manger phoned me back yes I can't believe someone from concentrix kept there word!! He confirmed that they are now scanning the 5th of June's paperwork and said there is no pint in ringing back till next Friday at the earliest because they have the 5ths and 6ths post before they get to the ones sent on the 8th so if your post got signed for on the 6th or 8th save your phone bill and don't phone until next Friday at the earliest ladies hope this help some of u

So Friday 10 July almost 5 weeks from receiving our paperwork. We are looking at August before we even get near receiving our renewal so anyone depending on that for schools etc are f**ked.

Even Friday the 10th seems optimistic they still have 2 days worth of post to scan I think 2 more weeks before they get to ours Chrissy4321 but hey we can hope for next friday

Just got in from work on hold now will let you know what happens, at least I know now that even if not on there yet they are now scanning for that day so feel slightly more optimistic

Thank you efergie only been on hold 15 minutes so got a long wait till I get through, just starting to see light at the end of tunnel just knowing that documents received on the 5th are starting to be uploaded, if not on today I will ring everyday till they are!
