Go through n I have gone berserk at then I'm now talking to a manager who has saidtthere still on the 4th as of yesterday. The manager I spoke has took my number and said he will ring me between 130 and 2 today to try and give some light on what the hell is goin on he has also took my wage for last year as I remember Wat my p60 says and calculated it out and there should be no changes to my award but he can't finalise it till my fucking paperwork gets scanned on

Zola just to say I spoke to a manager who sounded positive but I since found out he never even made a note of our call and there was never any record of me speaking to him I then told the girl his name and i said how would I know his name if I didn't speak to him needless to say she agreed but there was no notes on our file.

They are the most incompetent company I have come across, how can they possibly still be scanning stuff from the 4th for a full week ?

I have also recorded the phone call on my phone and just listened to it back and the manager said to me that the scanning room might be doing days mail at random I said how can thst be we have been waiting nearly 4 weeks now

Jonny82 that's why today I was on loud speak on my land line and recored the phone call on my mobile so I have proof but it would explain if there picking days atrandom to scan mail qwhy we have not been scanned yet

I might just give up and leave it until they deal with it as I can't be arsed doing there job for them.

I have a proof of signature but been told that much misinformation that I don't know what the truth is.

they dont know what they are doing. ive now given up ringing them as all u get is bullshit when u finally get through on the phones! last time i rang i was told i hadnt sent in any information (bills etc..) i had, got tracking number, its been scanned and all sent back to me. i told her this and she blamed another department! so goes to show they dont know what they are doing. ive had an odd amount go into my account, seperate from my normal money and have put it into savings incase its wrong! i cant afford to keep ringing them to find out whats happening, my last phone bill was triple what it would normally be!

Well news, im on phone now and they have been scanned on, shes put me back on hold while she looks at it so will update.

Well all done, she did it there on the phone and its closed finally with no change, she did say that it was only scanned on this morning and that after its closed its takjing them a further 2 weeks to send the documents back but that i will get her closing letter first, she was very helpful and seemed rather frustrated it had taken so long for the details to go on. Sl relived, she said if i ring hmrc on Sat they should be able to tell me payments and dates ect but that renwal will auto do as system updates at midnight.

I got my documents back along with a letter saying they'd write to me about my case in due time...
But I'm f*cking fed up waiting. I really am, I'm sick of the worrying.

I've been on hold for 55 minutes, 55 fucking minutes what the hell Angry.

Should I just hang on? I'm so lucky I have a mobile phone through my work otherwise I'd be flipping skint the time they make you wait.

What a vile, vile company.

The 5th Zola and hang on raging, they seem to only answer after an hour. I would if i were you Fed hun, see if they will close it.

I've been waiting since the beginning of June for my documents to be returned but I've heard nothing so far. I don't know whether this is 'normal' or not but I've given up phoning them as there's no point in hanging on for over an hour to be told what is probably nothing more than a pack of lies. Ringing them makes me even more stressed.

Trouble is, my son's applying for uni funding and they need my husband's death certificate but guess who has it? So sending off for another one because I can't risk waiting any longer.

And who's going to answer for this balls-up when it's all over? Absolutely no-one...it'll all be brushed under the carpet.

So there up to the 5th for scanning now great news fergie so they got 2 daya worth of post to get through till they start scanning th 8th of June's post another 3 weeks the way there going till they get to mine then lol

It's horrible that they keep your documents so long, especially vital things you need. How awful Sad.

They just this minute answered (after an hour and 2 minutes) and can you believe this I was completely fobbed off. She said no decision has been made and that's it, that's all that I can be told and no more.

I can't believe this, I am so stressed. Has anyone had a "bad" decision been made? Mine is regarding childcare costs and I did put down more than I had actually paid but only by £3, it was the way I worked it out as I put down the prices of childcare before I recieved any bills, but I'm only £3 out - I've been worrying constantly I just want this all to be over with!!!

Thank you guys, i am still going to wait till i have it in black and white before ill take it as closed but you all have been a lifeline, i am blessed for finding you all. Im not sure how id of coped without you (but im not going anywhere till were all through it). Im hoping that we all get sorted soon especially Morgan and HMRC learn from this.

I'm feeling very stressed right now. I thought I renewed tax credits on the 22nd April and then I received the letter from Concentrix. Well, I finally had the letter from them on the 7th June saying that they were not changing anything. I later phoned HMRC and was told that I may not hear anything about my claim until the 1st July. Well, I phoned up HMRC only to be told that Concetrix still haven't closed their file!!! When I queried this I was given the third degree from them.
