Chrissy, I agree. I honestly think it is absolutely disgusting just how many people have been made to wait (and worry) for so long.

My information was sent to the Preston HMRC office, so I don't know whether other local offices are operating as efficiently.

I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised with how quick they dealt with our enquiry.

Nope most of us have had incompetent Concentrix unfortunately. Disappointing they have our life on hold for so long but absolutely nothing we can do by the looks of it..

Hay good luck to any one phoning today. Fingers crossed for everyone. I won't be on today I've the joy of going to acdc!! In Dublin! Lol. But want to thank everyone on this thread! It was the most stressful 5 weeks but appears to be over now. It actually made me ill but this thread was a godsend checking it all the time!!best support to any new or old people on this. Stay positive (easier said I no!) Xx

No decision letter yet although I was assured it was in the post weeks ago.Monthly payment went in ok at weekend. Coming into third month of dealing with this. Hmrc processing my renewal but no award as yet. Hang tight girls xx

yes iv got my wks wrong, there recieved my info 29th may so would have been 5wks 3rd july but dealt with and had money owed ta me payd yesterday

As you know mine was signed for on the 5th of June and wasn't on the system yesterday!

Can I also add that I sent 2 other letters to make sure they had everything, I sent those first class on the 5th so they should have got the 6th and that isn't on either
