The last one we know that was scanned was babyalan am I right ? And that was 2 June. I can't remember anyone posting theirs are scanned on after That date. Think we are guessing !! But they seem to be on the 3/4 for the past fortnight.

I was thinking that. We Are being told they are at 3 or 4. But
Come on. Really into the 2week and still saying that rubbish. They have messed up on a massive scale and we will probably find that out. I haven't heard anyone say anything after that date. We just hoped as baby was 2nd the queue was moving. Why will HMRC not do anything ?

They don't want to admit they were wrong for allowing this company to take on this contract!

After baby got hers done last week I think we all got our hopes up that things were moving and we were finally getting somewhere only for it all to grind to a halt!

Hi everyone. My situation is a bit different from most people's. I was self employed until Feb of this year and then went on JSA as I wasn't earning enough. I'm disabled and can only do part time work. I managed to get another job which I started on the 8th June.
I recd a letter from concentrix on the 5th June and sent it back with docs asked for on the 6th June. I rang and said I didn't have some info so guy called Phil asked me to enclose cover letter explaining. The letter said I might get tax credits stopped and receive a fine..... Unreal as I wasn't even getting tax credits from March onwards!
My problems began a bit after that when I tried to start new tax credits claim. Been waiting 3+ weeks for new claim pack so I rang hmrc today and was told I needed to send renewal back. I didn't realise this as I had stopped claiming tax credits. Anyway he let me do it over phone but couldn't report change of circumstances (new job) as I had a case open with concentrix ffs!
Rang concentrix and was on hold for 1 and 1/2 hours!!! Daren't hang up as I had to report coc within a month or get fined for that. He told me that they'd recd docs last week!!!!! And to just wait as he couldn't change circumstances until renewal had gone through etc etc.
Sorry if this is waffling but I've just got to play waiting game now, I think. Had NO money since JSA stopped 3 weeks ago and working month in advance.
Any advice would be very welcome as I'm sick with worry!!
Btw. I rang tax credits in March as they had paid me a one week too much, so repaid that and now being accused of being dishonest re earnings etc... My business didn't work out, why the hell am I being treated like a criminal??!!!!

Majority of these checks could be done with one phone call instead of ton of paperwork and stress. And all MPs keeping quiet and there's no way they dnt know about it. you have to think why are they being allowed to get away with it. Complaints about Concentrix are all over the Internet and yet they are still allowed to operate. Some of their own staff question the legality of what they do! Something going on. Maybe they will enlighten us all in this budget they are planning

Catscotpian when you say told you they received your docs last week do you mean they were scanned or they just confirmed they had your tracking number and was received in mail room, only ask as myself and various others on this thread had our documents signed for on the 5th and nobody's from that date has gone on yet.
They also lied to Zola yesterday morning and told her that hers was on system when she phoned back 3 hours later was told no not in yet!

Hi girls yt again more new names joining this thread! I had my letter directly from HRMC so I haven't had the pleasure of concentrix yet!! They too are liars they all p..s in the same pot. If you haven't complained about your treatment then get complaining hopefully they will have a rethink about their disgusting treatment.

Hi Chrissy and fed up, they didn't say they'd scanned documents, just that they'd recd them last week! That must be a lie as I sent them recorded on 6th June. I think he mentioned summat about having to wait for docs to be scanned but I though he meant that renewal I'd done on the phone with HMRC.
I hope they bloody backdate my new tax credit claim as its their stupid fault! Well mine a bit lol for not realizing I'd to send renewal back.

Did you track them yourself catscorpion to check what date they were signed for, time and who buy, I suggest you go on Royal Mail site and put your tracking number in and screen shot this information.

Mine was signed for on 5th of June and even upto this morning still not on the system keep being told there is a backlog and it is in the mail room.

Everyone with the same date as mine onwards has been told there is a back log and our documents is in the mail room waiting to be scanned on.
Make sure when you talk to them that they take the tracking number and make a not of it on the system that is your prove they have your stuff

catscorpion thats how i felt, when i recieved letter i rang stright up as i dnt keep anything, bloke said just highlight everything on statements regarding bills mortgage etc, but did send other docs also, had request lot, when i rang hmrc yesterday i put in a formal complaint reg concentrix because way been treat is disgusting, there accuse you yet theres no communicatiin i have recieved no confirmation in lettr that recievd my info or what exactly im supposed to have here, infact iv done the chasing as there have personal info reg one of the children, there have lied have mislaid my documents and im out of pocket by ringing an been on hold hr + everytime i have also sent a written complaint today, if my documents are not returned found soon i shall be seeking legal advice. my claim as been done and no amendments but want my info bak and an apology for been treat like a crimanal

They Definately don't rush for anyone. And all this il speak to manager or il make notes are lies. The call Centre is in belfast so to be honest as their own employees say they just take calls and have no real clue what's going on by looks of it. They say what they think we want to hear to get rid of us.I find it hard to believe that HMRC dnt know what's going on. They say they can't help if
concentrix have file open but why let them take so long. On the off chance anyone had an overpayment surely that means they are making it worse for you by continuing to pay you for weeks. My letter said youl hear in 10 Working days from receipt Of documents. Ha f en ha I expect it will be 10 weeks by the time they get their finger out.

if HMRC completed a case in 8 days why can they not take some of the workload. Would make sense.
I'm thinking ring them and complain see if they can push this crowd! Hope
They get enough complaints and finally do something :(
