last year i for some reason didnt have to renew. they just sent out my award notice.

Weemo i felt.sick when I read it. Even though I'm doing nothing wrong it's the way it's worded. Guilty until.proven innocent by looks of it. Awful

I also got a letter last year weemo saying not to ring unless there was changes ! Award just carried on.

me too. i've done nothing wrong and i can't sleep, not eating much and have lost half a stone! i'm not big i didn't need to lose it. i just feel so stressed!. 3 days a week i have to drive 90 miles round trip to help look after my elderly mum who has dementia and mobility problems. if me and my sister didnt do this she would have to go into a nursing home.

Karenfox I got that letter, my ex's name is on the house so I explained he's most likely linked here and I have no idea what he's doing with this address. I sent them my docs they requested also stuff with his address on it he emailed me council tax bill, utility bill and electoral register form with his name on it. I assume this has been ok but tbh I've no idea as no one at HMRC seems to know what's going on but my payments have continued and the lady I spoke to thought it was ok....
Did you send anything with his address on it like bills?

I didn't shoepolish. I just put a note he may have used address I dnt know and give his address. I didn't have anything to give them from him. I assumed they could find him at his address. They guy I spoke to told me.not to go.into a lot.of detail just give his address which I did. We dnt really get on so I dnt know how helpful he would be for me to be honest. Did they ask you to send evidence.of your ex new address

12fedup12..yes more or less exactly the same letter as yours..dont be paranoid thats all you need. On all p60s there is a unique tax code from the employer giving all there details. They should just use it as it would save all this time.money and stress!

Thanks alexa always nice when I get some one else's opinion on the letters I sent.
Total waste of time and money they get all our income details direct from out employers now using real time information, if we weren't working then they wouldn't have this information!

Yes they are open til 8 according to the letter that they sent me. I've hung up, it infuriates me that no one answers & they keep telling you te wait is 20 minutes! Lies!! I have a 3 year old that I need to get ready for bed, I'm not holding any longer. I am getting so angry now mines been almost 5 weeks & you can't bloody get through!!

Louby I got cut of earlier after an hour. It's so wrong. I dnt want to ring but at same time it would be nice to know they at least have my paperwork!

12fedup12..as there are so many of us going through the same thing..we are all feeling the same, i think you sent more than enough..and i think that once this is all over everything will be fine..my main concern was that our payments would stop if they hadnt scanned anything onto the system..they told me they will continue as i sent docs recorded. Just my worrying wont stop as cant help but think theyve lost my p60! Which i cant get another copy of..ohhh hell i hope this is over soon Angry

Louby76 you should maybe try HMRC direct and check as it's been 5 weeks. There's someone on earlier saying they heard back after 4 weeks. Yours could be sorted

Oh wow, I've only read through this thread and I am appalled at how poorly so many of you have been treated by Concentrix.

DH and I have just had a Tax Credit Enquiry via HMRC direct, not Concentrix - DH is self employed and they wanted to see invoices, receipts, record books etc for the year to 06/04/15.

We sent everything and included bank statements, as we felt that was going to be the next thing they requested and it also supported the statements and receipts by recorded delivery on 16th June.

We received a decision from HMRC in the post, 8 days (not weeks or months!) later, informing us that our Tax Credit Award for 14/15 was correct, and ALL the paperwork we sent was also enclosed.

Despite knowing we had claimed correctly, it was still a worry and I would be going out of my mind if we had to wait weeks to hear anything back.

Maybe I might try them then, they are taking the absolute p**s! I'm hoping it's sorted, I've done nothing wrong & sent absolutely everything they asked for. I've not had a letter back or anything! I get paid weekly & money still been going in so far but every week it's a panic just in case the next one doesn't. I just want to know what they are doing!

Bunnyjo..if only hmrc did the checks instead of this terrible company!! It would save all the time..energy and stress each and everyone of us is going through! Not to mention the stress and anxiety caused!ShockShock

Oh my bunnyjo 8 days. We are waiting weeks and nothing. This company is a shambles. But yet HMRC won't do anything about it...good yours was so quick.

i returned mine 28th may recieved 29th may, was told scanned on system 16th june yet hmrc told me it was the 24th june.. concentrix are a bunch if liers/idiots, i have however been told no amendments and recieved oayment today, i sent full yr bank statements for three accounts(originals) gas/elec bill c/t bill the works but on my statements it details all bills i pay even fone mobiles it has my sons account numbers in them there have lost my paoerwork even confidential info reg child i have out of care under a guardianship..

Alexa we are all updating each other daily every time one if us had called we have written on here to update on what they are saying.
I agree that I have sent enough and I am certain will be fine when they ever get round to putting documents on, as you say it's the worry of not getting our stuff back, espically the p60 which can't be replaced the best I can get is a letter containing the info from my p60.
Have you asked your payroll if they are able to get duplicates of your payslips?
Really hope this is over for all of us ASAP!

Chrissy I can't believe they have been uploading documents from the 4th since last week his is that possible!

may i also say its took 7 wks today with concentrix nit including when i renwed via phone to hmrc so prob took around 9/10 wks in total
