Hi everyone! Im in exactly the same boat! Concentrix asked me to provide a years wageslips my p60 and a letter from employee stating hours worked and if i actually worked there! Posted recorded on 8th june. Signed for on the 9th. But still not been scanned to the system! I rang last night after 2 hours waiting. They said my payments wouldnt stop as i had proof of postage. I asked if he would check my tracking number whilst on the phone. He did so and told me not to worry as there is a backlog. Unfortunatly im in the same boat as you all and cannot help worrying!! I sent all original documents and im scared they will or have lost them..disgusting how they have treated us all...also when i got my tax cred renewal pack i rang up hmrc and renewed over the phone..but in the concentrix letter they said i needed to renew..i already had..they obviously dont do their job properly and here we all are worrying ourselves sick!! Feeling really annoyed and upset

I'm at work til 6 & the same tomorrow, I can't face ringing them & being on hold for an hour when I get home after working a 10 hour day! I am going to ring on Friday

Hi alexa we are having the same check I am also panicking about them losing my items, I did my renewal with hmrc on the phone in the first of May, I did however sent the paper copy to concentrix.

My items were signed for on the 5th called this morning and still not scanned on, been told same as you there is a backlog.
I am making my self sick with worry over this!
I didn't make any copies of my payslips or p60.
I was so concerned about my payslips and p60 going missing I contacted my payroll and they are making me duplicates of all the payslips I sent to concentrix and although can't provide me with a duplicate p60 they are able to put all info contained on it into a letter.

Alexa these are the letters I sent one from 2013 varying my contract hours and one from beginning of this month to confirm my hours these both match.
I also sent my original contract of employment from 2011

They received my documents on 1 June & I received a letter yesterday (30 june) confirming that they didn't need to make any changes to my award. So a 4 week turnaround. I think my deadline was 20 June. Haven't received my paperwork back yet though. I haven't phoned to chase them throughout the process since I'm not sure it helps. Mine was a mystery person living at your address check.

Finally got round to calling HMRC (letter was from HMRC not concentrix) she said my documents were put on the system on May 19th (I think she said) and she didn't really have a clue what she was looking for or at as she said payments have been continued.. I said yes I've been getting all my payments but I've not heard anything about the case etc she said we've got all the documents and payments have been continued nothing else seemed to be on the system they just need my renewal and it will carry on from there. So, I haven't had a letter or heard anything but the lady seemed to think it was ok although she didn't really have a clue.
But I assume as the documents were scanned into the system on 19 May someone must have looked at them by now and decided it was ok as it's been so long. Who knows really, I'll just do my renewal tomorrow and see.

All the people I have spoken to when I rang Concentrix sound like they have no clue what they are doing.

Mypub I dont think they do and they all say something different about this back log

Potty I wish I had the patience to wait it out! So worried and paranoid about where all my private documents are.
I am a born worrier and won't relax till I know that they have my documents on their system and have sent them back!

Hi alexa15 mine was signed for on the 8th of june and mine ain't been scanned on yetmine is the same check as yyours I'm ringing tomorrow first thing. Alexa15 they even lied to me when I rang yesterday and they was scanned on I rang up 3 hours later as some ladies on her had posted there's earlier than mine and whin spoke to lady she said I'm ever so sorry I don't know where he go his info but they have not been scanned on yet the y are complete jokers

My docs have been on their system since middle of May and who knows where they are! I didn't send any original docs so maybe they're not sending them back? I would like my bank statements back as they have all my details on it. I didn't think to ask today but when I do my renewal I'll ask then. Very annoying that I still don't actually know for sure what's going on!

HI all, i too got the dreaded letter around the end of may, cut of date was the 25th of june. i sent all i could get to them on the 18th and it was signed for on the 19th but i'm panicking and have spent endless hours on the phone but not getting through. i've spent £24 quid in phone calls. i checked my bt bill latest calls and was so shocked at how much it costs to call them.
the problem is i was so stressed trying to get everything together that i posted it without listing how i am or adding case no or national insurance number. on each item like phone bills etc i put a yellow sticky and wrote any info i thought would help, like on my car insurance i wrote on the sticky to please note i am the only person insured to drive my car. do you think they will have the sense to look at the name and address on my docs and work out who i am?

Zolabud81..i can quite belive that they will lie about it being scanned. I honestly think they dont have a clue what they are doing.thousands of these letters have gone out and tbh i think it must be costing the goverment millions instead of saving them money! 12fedup12..im exactly the same..a massive worrier! I become obsessed and constantly worry myself sick..im also scared they must have lost my docs! At least i dont feel like im going mad on my own.it makes me feel a little better there are people who worry just as much as me out there x

I am almost past caring now, it is nearly 8 weeks ago since I got my letter about childcare (May 28th deadline) received my documents back nearly 5 weeks ago but still no news. Can't see the point of phoning them or rushing home to check the post. Ridiculous!

I came home to.one of these letters.yesterday- dated 22 June stating may have evidence of another adult. I rang as I live alone and was told my ex has an active online account at my address. I had no idea as i get no post for him. I have sent my paperwork off. Any one get this type of letter. I sent my statements and give his address. Does anyone know if this enough. I can't find out what he has here under the stupid data protection act.

I was, but cancelled my claim instead of renewing , been working more hours. Would still like to know if my payments were correct/ overpaid. Oh and I didn't realise if you stopped claiming you had to repay back to April!!

Alexa really does make me feel a little better to know I'm not the only who is feeling like this, I too have become obsessed by it, not eating properly and have lost 10 lbs in weight since this started and have a constant headache!
I know I am mad to be having these feelings when I know that when they eventually load my documents up all my information will match what they have but just can't help it!

So not nice to feel this way all the time especially when we have done nothing wrong!

I am just so glad that I have managed to arrange replacements for my payslips which I am collecting on Monday!

Just hoping when I call on Friday this nightmare will be over!

karenfox thats the letter i got. i have lived alone with my sons for 8 years. they wouldnt tell me who there evidence was when i rang when got the letter. then i rang a few days after and spoke to a guy. he said he couldnt see anyone listed but it could be because my son is school leaving age. i had not received a letter asking if he was staying on at school so i rang child benefit a few weeks before i got the letter to tell them my son was staying on to do a levels. i asked if i should inform hmrc and they said they would do it. now i cant get through on the phone.

Alexa was the letter you sent from your employer similar to the one I had done? Even paranoid that's not good enough now even though I know it is. It is on letter headed paper and has been signed by the bursar

Weemo the guy i spoke to was able. To.tell.me.the name. It is my ex but I didn't know he was using address. He has his own place so it could be anything. Nothing is linked to me and only myself showing on credit search so I dnt know what they can see. God knows by the sound of this company. Either way in for a long wait by looks of it.

Them that at renewal? They have their date of births Surely they adjust that themselves?
