Morgan97 · 23/06/2015 19:42

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Louby76 · 26/06/2015 07:39

Yes here we all are again, it's so very wrong I agree Sad

Chrissy4321 · 26/06/2015 07:59

Louby76 surely yours must be sorted maybe taking time in post as
It's been a month. Have you tired phoning. They don't seem to be in a rush to tell you case is closed
Unless you ring them.
They don't care how much this messes Everyone up ...

Chrissy4321 · 26/06/2015 08:17

12fedup12 any ideas who you would complain to. HMRC don't really seem to care. Think we all need to start
Complaining. I can't even relax with the kids stopping school not knowing if there's money every week.

12fedup12 · 26/06/2015 08:21

I'm not sure who to complain to have seen some people our sending complaints to concentrix and hmrc!
I know what you mean about holidays and kids being off school can't even plan anything to do with this going on, and I am going away in August!

babyalan13 · 26/06/2015 08:21

Louby I really think you should phone. If mine on system yours definitely is

12fedup12 · 26/06/2015 08:44

I have just got off phone again! the lady I spoke to said should be uploaded today or within the next couple of days as items are taking 3 weeks from receipt and mine was signed for 3 weeks today and to phone back next week if still concerned

mumdad5 · 26/06/2015 09:06

rang this morning at 8am answered at 9am.. still not scanned on told that they were told this morning that they were scanning docs sent in today on the 4th june,,, mine were signed for 11th and 12th so will be towards the end of next week or the week after, told him that my deadline was today but last week it when i rang they extended it to 10th july i asked about payments he said that when docs are signed for payments will not be stopped even it goes past the 10th july so not to worry!!, i dont know why i bothered to phone, i shake when i talk to them so anxious !!

12fedup12 · 26/06/2015 09:17

Mumdad I was shaking as well and can hear my heart beating in my ears!
I got told should be today of next couple if days! Mine was received on 5th of June!
They have been telling people all week they are scanning docs they got on 4th of June, how can they spend a whole week scanning 1 days mail! Only thing I can think is that they haven't actually had an update from mail room, hope person I spoke today is right and mine are done today!
I wonder if they scan documents on the weekend
I am going to phone again on Monday when I finish work and hope they will have done mine by then!

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 09:20

I am new. I did a search and found your thread/s. We are a working family and are having our claim checked. Do they send you a text like HMRC do when they get your renewal? I am on hold with them at the moment. I sent my documents using recorded delivery on the 2nd and they were signed for on the 4th. I rang last week and was told they had not been dealt with yet. If it is a simple hours worked/salary confirmation and our P60 isn't enough for them, then why don't they just contact our employers directly. It's a horrendous system.

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 09:22

2nd/4th June that is and dread line is this Sunday(28th June).

12fedup12 · 26/06/2015 09:27

Mel25murf I can't understand why they don't just get contact employers and ask what our working hours are! They get our salary details direct from real, time information! I have sent my original contract, a letter to me from my employer in 2013 changing my contracted hours (they were increased), a letter from my employer confirming how many hours I work a week, payslips for a year and my p60!
What information did you send, we are having the same check done, let's us know how you get on with them mine was signed on the 5th and still not on their system yet!

zolabud81 · 26/06/2015 09:30

Mel25murf agreed mine is simply a hours and money earn check surely they can justcheck with the tax office how much we earn.its now fFriday they have been on 4th all bloody week

12fedup12 · 26/06/2015 09:31

It's a joke Zola how can they have been uploading from the 4th all week!

zolabud81 · 26/06/2015 09:34

I don't know 12fedup12 if it's taking 1 week to scan a days worth of post mine won't be scanned for another 3 weeks!!!!

12fedup12 · 26/06/2015 09:36

It so unfair we have done as they asked and are now being made to suffer, wish we could contact their mail room and find out what they are playing at!
You would think they would put extra staff in there and pay overtime to get this cleared!

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 09:46

Still on hold. Partner has a zero hours contract so didn't bother sending that, just(haha) a year, worth of payslips, bank statements(useless, he is a mechanic at a small garage and gets paid cash) and a letter from employer stating hours worked as only the payslips from October when minimum wage changed have his hours on them as employer changed accountants!

Does anyone know on talkmtalk, I know 03 numbers are free, but is it only up to an hour(under 60 minutes)? Been on hold for 38 minutes so far!

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 09:49

Just noticed my typo 'dread line'- very apt lol. Honestly, it's pathetic. They will be cutting our tax credits by £845 per child a year back to 2004 levels soon anyway most likely too, just to put us all under extra pressure! I a, one of those people where I only have to see a policeman and I feel guilty despite doing nothing wrong lol. I have hardly slept a wink these 3 weeks.

12fedup12 · 26/06/2015 09:50

My payslips don't show how many hours I work on them, so I sent the letter I got in 2013 varying the section of my contract which shows the hours I am employed each week but also got a letter from work confirming how many hours I work, which matches the 2013 letter as I though best to get a letter with a recent date on it aswell

12fedup12 · 26/06/2015 09:53

You and me both mel25murf I have forgotten what a full nights sleep feels like! How long you been hold now, hope you get through soon.
Only good thing I have heard about those of us having the employment/hours checks is that they are the most straight forward to deal with and once documents go on system (haha) they are done very quickly!

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 09:53

Yeah that's mainly why I am phoning to check if the info I sent was adequate. Don't time sheets at work, mostly take work as it comes, so no set pattern to working hours but they are the same each week if you get what I mean.

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 09:54

I hope you are right 12fedup12. 46 minutes now. They said 20 minutes lol.

12fedup12 · 26/06/2015 09:57

I don't get time sheets either but was told what I had sent would be fine, baby had her case closed yesterday and she didn't have hours on payslips or time sheets, so got a letter from work confirming hours and they accepted that, her documents were scanned on 23rd of June and case closed same day.

The message says 20 minute but in reality is an hour!
