Oh my!!! I was trying to hold off calling them but I gave in, approx one hour wait to get through, when I did I wad full of adrenaline and shaking and raging, I skipped asking about my case and jumped straight to "where are my documents?"
He then asked for my tracking details which I gave him and he went off to check,
When he came back and said I should receive them in 3-5 days I flipped out with my previous written notes.
The contract between hm revenue and customs and synnex-concentrix UK Ltd clearly states on pg 122 outbound and inbound post,16 that 95% of customer correspondence received should be scanned within 2 days, I asked him if this were the case and we're my documents scanned by the 14th as they received them on the 12th, he said no, I then asked if I were in the 5% and we're my documents scanned within 4 days of receipt 16th, he said no.
I was trying to make a point that they weren't doing what they were supposed to be doing and properly doing myself no favour whatsoever, I then said"well then your breaking your contract".
I followed on by telling him,
"my documents were received next day guaranteed delivery on the 12th, and section 18 page 122 of hm revenue and customs and synnex-concentrix contract clearly states that the "contractor" will ensure 100% of original documents are dispatched back to the customer within 3 days of receipt.
Which would mean I received my documents back on 15th/16th depending if they counted the same day or not, by either special or recorded delivery as that is how I sent it, he said no, I told him I wanted to lodge a complaint and was given an address in Preston? What they are told to say doesn't match the contract, they're backlogged isn't good enough.

He said they don't scan until end date (1st July for me) I dunno why I did what I just did. It doesn't help but I wanted to know what they'd say and wanted the call to be recorded as I knew they wouldn't know what to say.
