So - we're going to start again from Jan 1st!

If you were on the first and want to continue, then add your name to the list.

If you are NEW person wanting to join the circle, then please post on the thread and when we work out how many spaces there are we will add in as many as poss to make the number to twelve.

Can I join next list please, I posted all books on that I got to shootfrom and I have no books waiting to be read/posted

Sorry shoot that the last one took so long, I had actually lent it to somebody else and they were rubbish at getting it back to me

Also if anyone has my Clan of the Cave Girl book I would really really love it back, sorry not usually funny about books at all but I love this one

Are you serious about the cavegirl book? It was murder . I have no opinion about the number of people involved but am keen to keep it going as it's fun this is

I wasn't singling anyone out, I couldn't remember who'd posted stuff and who hadn't, except when it came to my immediate poster-onnera.

I'm sorry Korma that you have had such a shitty time.

It is just a poxy bookclub, but it's things like this that can make life more pleasant, even during the bad times. Or you could maybe have come on and said sorry, bowing out, too much awful RL stuff to deal with.

Just wanted to say that I've posted on every book I've received from the swap, mostly in good time (have been posting to Coco so hopefully she can vouch for me!). I haven't had any through since the last one I posted on (April?).

I think I'm going to bow out of the swap, tbh - not just because of the issues with keeping it moving, as it sounds like you're hoping to get those resolved, but because I have WAY too many of my own unread books to get through... so am actually actively looking for un-recommendations at present!!

Wish you all the best though and hope you can get it running more smoothly. Without this book swap, I think I can honestly say I would never have discovered Mark Billingham, and I was totally swallowed up in the two of his I got via the swap (this year and last).

I'm still fascinated by us having 2 Mark Billinghams and 2 of the other bloke (name escapes me... Trillian's one this time) and both of the ones this year didn't know that they had been in last year.

I don't know why the swaps have broken down so badly each year... the other groups don't seem to have had the same issues. We may be cursed.

I really enjoyed the Tuesdays with Morrie though am slightly to say that it took me a while to realise it was a true story!

I currently have Tuesdays with Morrie- if someone can have the address of who it belongs to then I'll send it on to her. (I can't remember).
